Q: Can I use this oil as a body oil? Cologne ?

I wouldn't. It says right on the bottle, "Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid direct contact with vinyl, leather or other sensitive material. Avoid contact with eyes." I know personally it will take the finish off of wood. Maybe a drop or two in some kind of body oil, but definitely not straight out of the bottle. Just my opinion.

Q: Glass or plastic bottle?

Glass bottle....smells a little soapy. Vanilla, Myrhh, and Petitgrain mixed( 30:10:20 drops respectively) smell closer and better imo.

Q: Can this oil be used for soap making?

This Satya Nag Champa Fragrance oil is exactly what I had hoped for - as I LOVE the fragrance of the incense, but didn't want the mess or potential danger of incense ash getting on papers in my office. I have also used it as a personal fragrance but it's best to use it sparingly - just touching the top to one wrist without tipping the bottle was more than enough to pass to the other wrist and neck without it overpowering your space. I haven't tried adding it to soap, but I do have extensive experience with making cold-process soap and I suspect this fragrance oil would work very well as a sensual scent for handcrafted soap! (And I suspect a little will go a long way - but haven't tried it, yet. Thanks for the idea!)
