This chandelier is great. We did do a couple of things to make it perfect for us though. The “candlesticks” on the chandelier are originally white, we spray painted these black. We also added some cute linen shades to top it off. Great purchase!

The chandelier looks okay, but the assembly process was by far the most annoying/problematic of any previous similar chandelier I’ve owned. The hooks hooking onto the circular beam falls off very single time.. horrible design compared to other chandeliers that usually have each beam securely clipped onto the circular beam. Then the cap that covers the wiring does not even have a big enough hole to fall down the chains. Because of these two thoughtless design, the actual chandelier had to be assembled mid-hang. Lastly, the black wiring is so thick that to get through weird angle of the badly designed bolt requires so much force to shove and get the wire through. Also, of course there weren’t detailed instructions step by step to tell you how to even assemble the chandelier. Knowing what I had to get through/amount of time and extra people it took to hang this chandelier, I definitely would not have bought it.

Love this light. Really updated and brightened up my office. I used as a ceiling light in home office. (Hung 7.5 ft. above the floor) It gives off plenty of light and dims great with the led bulbs I purchased on amazon as well. Packaged extremely well. My husband is good at hooking up electrical things and he was able to do it himself. Not sure if the instructions were great or not. There is plenty of chain to hang it much lower like over a dining table. Love the gold color. It is toned down and not glaringly gold but not such a drastic contrast against my SW Kilim beige walls and white ceiling as the black would have been. I debated about several options for the room for nearly a month and so glad I went with this one!

Love this light! It is perfect in our farmhouse style home! One thing I will be doing though, is spray painting the white parts black.
