I bought this toilet seat as the bathroom where. it is fitted is relatively small (no room for a conventional bidet) and the seats with the control panel that stick out to the side would have been obtrusive (almost all available seats. are designed this way).The bidet seat is excellent in use, leaves a clean feeling and almost eliminates toilet paper use - and also eliminates the need to move from the toilet to a bidet.The heated seat is fantastic, and appears to be always warm as soon as you sit down due to the sensor and the micro-heating surface.The seat was fitted professionally, and was easy according to the plumber who fitted it. It is unobtrusive, looks very nice in place and is easy to use with the supplied remote.The remote was not in English (nor the instructions) however the seller advised that translations were being done for future sales - the pictograms are adequate to understand the functions. The night light and manual control (on the side off the seat) means getting up in the night and going to the loo is easy, and further there is often no need to put on the bathroom light, saving electricity and disturbing anyone else.Temperatures can be set for the seat, water and fan, and the water flows also adjustable, so each individual can quickly set up to their liking. The LED panel on the seat allows easy viewing if set up before sitting down, and the remote has an LED setting on the temperatures and water flow. The Auto setting (as you might expect) is the most used.Cleaning is easy, and the electrical and water connections are neat and well hidden.All in all, after a couple of months use, the family are used to using and would not go back to a conventional wipe and flush manual system. In fact we miss the seat when out, and using a conventional toilet.It is not as sturdy as some seats, but is of adequate build quality.The seller was attentive, helpful and and quick answered queries. I needed the seat. by a certain date, and Alan was kind enough to ensure tracked delivery as required at no additional cost, was easy to deal with and all in all we are hugely satisfied with the product and service.All in all, very happy with the purchase.

I have had this product 18 months and it has completely failed having paid over £300 I think this is poor value I have tried to contact the company to ask why it has such a short lifespan but they have not replied. even though it has 12 month garantee I think they should have still been more understanding. Dont buy .
