The heal height and fit were perfect and my foot tends to be a little narrow so this is a keeper love them

I unfortunately waited too long to return these, but they were definitely too big for me. I even tried heel pads to keep my heels from slipping (I have narrow heels, so sometimes that's all I need), but no dice.I wound up buying a second pair in 5.5M, which have their own issues. The leather is very stiff across the top of my foot, so they're are not the most comfortable pumps I've ever owned... Hopefully they break in after a few wears and stop digging in so badly there. My heels also slip out when I'm wearing nylons, even with the smaller size (but since they're a smaller size, I'm not sure if my normal heel grips will fit without pushing my foot forward too much and crunching my toes). We'll see I guess...The shoes do look sharp, just maybe not the style for me.

I've searched for 2 yrs. for a black patent pump with a low 2-3 inch stable heel that both looked elegant & were comfortable to wear all day. My feet are slightly wider than a B width. Finally, after shopping @ stores in person, & ordering online, only to have to return, even online orders, due to poor quality, not having the correct width and discomfort after an hour of wear, I ordered a half size smaller & in a W width and voila; I have finally found the perfect fit & great look, especially the heel, I'd been searching for in these Trotters Penelope brand pumps on Amazon @ nearly half the cost vs. several well known online department stores. Thank u so much Amazon for carrying this special brand that finally ended my search with definite satisfaction! Will def. b using Amazon to search for most anything I need/want In the future due to greater supply + much better costs!

I ordered these from a seller, fulfilled Prime by Amazon, and the first pair had a strange discoloration on the arch on the seam in the leather. The left shoe also had a small bubble in the leather on the curved side of the heel, where the leather had obviously not been glued to the heel itself. I decided to order a second pair before returning, hoping to find the best two shoes in the lot. The second pair was even worse- both shoes had large bubbles in the leather on the heel. The left shoe looked like it had glue residue all over the side, and the right looked like it had a pen/marker mark on it. They were significantly cheaper than the list price, so I'm wondering if they weren't really Trotters. I've returned both and am going to give it one more try, as now they are sold by Amazon (although for twice the price). I really want these to work for my wedding, as the heel is low and should be comfortable, but so far, I'm unimpressed. UPDATE : I purchased the shoes again, this time from Amazon directly and they still had several defects, including discoloration and bubbles in the leather. At $130, the quality should be much better. Not worth your money.

Small in toast, large, and heal. Painful even after shoe stretcher, 16 hours of breaking in, and 3 pads in each shoe. :(

The price was great but the shoe was defective with a large tear in the leather on the toe of the shoe and now I have to return them. I have learned to be very suspicious whenever I get shoes from Amazon that aren’t in the original box because there is always a problem. I wish the seller would identify if the item is seconds.

This is a beautiful shoes and the heel is the perfect height for someone who doesn't like a very high heel.

I am not much of a heels person. In fact I try to do everything in my power to avoid them. But there are times when that is not an option. I tried these on and they fit great. I actually did not dread having to wear them for an extended period of time. They are reasonably stylish (more of a classic) they will not lead in the trend columns but they are not orthopedic looking either. If you are looking for a "trendy" high heel then look for another one. If you are looking for a heel that will not kill your feet and last a few years then spend the money and buy these.

Love these shoes, they will go with anything I have, dresses or jeans.

This is a lovely shoe, but the sizing is wrong so I can't wear it. This is not a narrow 6 - not narrow at all. The real shade is closer to beige than pink.

Fit is true to size. Very comfortable. Wore all day/night for a wedding, no blisters! Never buy shoes online but these were perfect and a great price
