I like it to aid my eliminations. I've been constipated forever it seems like. Suddenly I have daily eliminations. It mixes with just about anything. Greatly product. All the other benefits are great too.

Giving this 5 stars because it showed up on time. Seems good, but I use it in caps mixed with other herbs, so I can’t really determine the quality of it. I’m just hoping for the best.

I love this food! I use it with other nutritive herbs to make a Superfood powder for my family. We ardd it to our smoothies for a minerl-rich daily intake. As a Nutritionist, I see so many people who are mineral-deficient and because of it, they suffer health problems unnecessarily. I recommend this to all parents with little ones who dont eat healthy, or are picky eaters. Add it to their smoothies or milkshake and they'll have healthy eliminations and be nourished internally.

This nopal powder is very fine and quite easily mixed with food - I use yogurt. The resealable bag is convenient. Seems like a great value. I leave it to you as to how well nopal works, will post our results later. Bought this for my daughter who has systemic lupus.

It is a pleasant experience and compared to other flavors this tastes pretty good.

Good value for the price. I do my own caps and make all natural soaps, so I need good quality and good price. Found both in this product.

Love this product! Taste's great! Very fine powder. I highly recommend fasting on juice with this powder. Its great for weight loss & is a part of Dr. Sebis bromide plus formula.

I initially bought this for my chronic constipation. Doesn't quite help me go. However, I have so much more energy and less bloating. I'm assuming it will eventually help :-) since it's having positive effects on my digestive system. The health benefits alone of this product is phenominal. It taste great with my organic applesauce and strawberry yogurt!

I mix Nopal Cactus powder in my daily greens smoothie.

According to the friend I baked muffins for, it didn't give him even the slightest gluten reaction, which is why I tried it.
