The packaging. Should have been in another box. Tea was exposed to the elements. Not good. Anybody could have damaged my tea. As to the tea. It is amazing! Well worth the price to have a touch of fall year round! Not overly chai flavor. More applely with mulled spices. Great as hot tea on a winter's night! Delish as an iced tea too. Twinnings has excellent teas.

This is consistently good tea, I've had other Earl Greys that give me a stomachache or feel like the ratios are off. This always tastes great, the flavor is just where I want Earl Grey tea to be. I go through a box every few months!

I love the taste of the Twinings chai tea. The taste of the spices are so good. It taste great, and it has a soothing and calming effect. I love everything about this tea, including the beautiful box that it is in.

Glad this comes in a big box because I plow through it! No need to sweeten or add anything. It’s delicious and soothing, not overpowering with the ginger or lemon but very flavorful and smooth. A genius blend!

The price was reasonable. The scent of this tea is so amazing! It just draws you in. The box said blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, black currants, and other flavors. I swear you can taste every last one of them. It was refreshing, and so soothing to drink a nice cup of hot tea with such good flavor combinations. The taste lingers, but in a good way! I also liked it cold, but I do prefer my hot tea. This is now my favorite Wildberry tea, and I will definitely buy this one again.

I used to like this tea by itself, but either my taste has been changed or the ingredients changed.If you like holiday spice tea (cinnamon based), you may like it. Orange flavor isn’t overpowering. I personally would like more citrus presence. Since it looks like regular tea (color wise), I made a mistake. I poured tony splash of milk. It didn’t taste right.I don’t like my tea sweetened, but I cannot drink chai tea without sugar and milk. So I tried putting generous amount of honey (3 tsp) into this tea. The flavor became a lot more enjoyable. But I’m not sure what I’m liking is the tea or the honey… (the scent and spice is definitely there though).

I think this tea is really wonderful. I has a stronger “tea” taste than some of the other teas that I’ve have. I drank a certain very well known brand for many years. And at a restaurant they was out of that and only had this. So after that day I bought this and never went back. The taste difference was just so noticeable it was just crazy.

Love the peppermint taste and the warm comforting aroma. And the price was great, too. Enjoy that each tea bag is individually wrapped so everything stays fresh. Can definitely recommend this tea.

It's hard to beat Darjeeling tea, it's in a league of it's own for flavour and colour, it's not your typical (often bitter) tea bag tea. If you haven't tried Darjeeling you don't know what you're missing, it's a connoisseurs tea, but you don't have to be a connoisseur to enjoy it.

Can no longer buy this tea in stores so I got so excited when I found this.

I like the fact that the product comes in time specified and intact. It is my favourite brand of tea and I am happy that I can get it from Amazon

I was unsure of this purchase because I've had apple tasting teas in the past that I disliked, and I don't like fruity or artificial flavors. But this is wonderful! Very pleasantly surprised. Yummy.
