This product has worked wonders for my sleep pattern. I am an open mouth sleeper and when my mouth is open, I've been told that I snore very loudly. I would also toss and turn all night and never felt well rested. Plus my mouth would be dry and my throat would be somewhat sore when I fully woke up. I decided to try the strips and boy do they work wonders. The strip stays on all night, it is not uncomfortable, and it keeps my mouth closed. My husband says that the loud snoring has stopped and he mostly hears heavy breathing. I always considered myself a light sleeper but I found that when I wear the strips, they allow me to be in a deep sleep, so much so, that there were a few times that I didn't hear people moving about around me. It is certainly a recommended try. They work for me.

These strips have really helped me to sleep better and have significantly reduced my snoring and nighttime mouth breathing. It does seem that the second batch I got of them don't stick or stay put as well as the first though. Hoping that was a one-time anomaly and my 3rd batch will do better.

Make sure you have clean skin to attach mouth tape to, take your time in peeling off the paper backing and take time in attaching to your face. For the guys you should shave for a good adhesion of the tape to your skin. You will probably need to practice a couple of times to get your application technique mastered. But after you do a couple of times you get pretty good at applying.

This was my first time doing this and this is a good intro product. It didn’t freak me out at all to sleep with it over my mouth. Also I had concerns it wouldn’t hold the stick bc I have a skin care routine but it does pretty much until the morning. I would buy again. (I did this review for a free packet bc I do actually like the product)

I've tried many mouth strips, and these are my favorites. Great price, super comfortable, good seal and, most of all, it doesn't hurt when you remove them. But make sure your lip area is totally dry. One night I brushed my teeth and didn't dry completely so I lost the seal in the middle of the night. You have to play with the placement to determine what's more comfortable for you. For me, it feels the most comfortable when I don't place the strip too close to my nose.
