Chic Shaper Perfect Posture

I was super hesitant when I bought this partially due to a lot of the reviews I read. Here is my run down:1) Order a size larger than you think you would. I took this recommendation from other reviews and it is very true. I'll give you my stats for comparison: 5'8, 195, 36DDD. I ordered a Large, it fits perfectly! *According to the size chart I should be a medium...def wouldn't work for me in a medium.2) This lifts the ladies up for sure. I'm 31 and my girl haven't sat this high since I was 18, makes me feel younger and perkier. :-P3) Here's the deal. You have to remember two things when it comes to buying products like this:A) This is in a under bra form. It is going to push up your boobs, not going to avoid that.B) This is in a bra form. This is not going to sit in a way that is going to completely pull your shoulders back...and it is slightly stretchy.C) Your posture isn't great, by even considering buying this for posture support you are admitting that (I do). The muscles in your back are not used to be "upright", you will be sore for a few days at the least while they adjusting to standing/sitting up straight. So do not be surprised in the least when you are sore.Here is the deal with my opinion on this item:Did it pull my shoulders back? I'm not so sure. Did it lift my breasts up? Yes. Did I find myself standing and sitting up straighter while I have this on? YES.The way this sits across your back you feel it and for me it was a subtle but constant reminder of my stance. This also has a good two inch band under your breasts. If you are like myself and overweight when you aren't standing or sitting straight up you can practically feel the underwire in your bra...you definitely feel the hook are on your skin. Let me clarify: Not in a ugh all day I feel it and its uncomfortable way, in a I'm not in the right position and its rolling and digging kind of way: which makes you adjust your position.I recommend that while getting used to wearing this you wear it one day, then take a day or two off, then wear it again and try for two days...It is going to be babysteps, you won't be able to wear this every day from day one.I feel like it helps but I am not positive it will work for everyone. I have large breasts. I feel like the way this lifts them up helps take some of the pressure of holding them up off of my back. The feel of the back material on my skin helps me think of my posture more frequently, but I think I'll get used to it and stop noticing it.If you are looking for a perfect cure all I do not think you will find one. If you are interested in trying this kind of product I recommend this one (I've tried a couple of others) and recommend taking it one day at a time.

I have noticed a significant improvement since I started wearing this. I am on my feet in heels throughout the day and was experiencing back pain so after trying this out I could tell a big difference. Husband also said he sees a change as I am not slouching over and it also has given a lift to my top. I also was concerned about comfort wearing it but no worries there.

After a very long waiting period, I finally received my chic shaper. Not one to usually be drawn in by infomercials, I found myself hooked, so to speak. Finding it at half price at Amazon was even better. I found I could not adjust the straps to make them any looser. I am very full figured and was hoping to find something that would not only lift me but support my back as well. The chic shaper did do this, however, breathing might be a necessary thing. Maybe it is just too small for me, and perhaps wearing a sport bra is the wrong thing to do. It rode up under my breasts as well. I fear if I wash it I will never get it on again. So, I am going to return it. I would recommend it maybe if you are small to medium size. Otherwise, no. Okay, I learned the hard way-don't believe the infomercial.

The sizing is definitely off. You should make sure to go up one. But it does work as promised. My wife likes it a lot. She has large breasts, 46 DD, and it really lifts them nicely. She said it gets a little uncomfortable after having it on for a long period of time, but it’s worth it for the look.

I am a BIG fan of this thing!! (PUN INTENTED!! ***I wear a size G bra) But seriously, I've told every woman I know, big & small, about how this shaper. If you want to give your puppies extra lift GET THIS THING!!!!!

Ordered larger size still too small. Great concept. Wish it fit

This is a product that I want to make sure I am NEVER without. I have a large bust (I am not overweight) and my shoulders ached from the weight of my breast. I always have worn a really good, support bra, but at the end of the day, my shoulders ached. I wear this garment, under my bra, it is awesome, not only does it give my breast an uplift in my clothing, but my shoulders are not aching. My boobs are no longer looking big without shape, but have a more youthful appearance. Take a leap of faith and order a few, you will be glad you did.

It is uncomfortable after awhile, so I only wear it at home as I can only wear it for a few hours. I think it does do what it says. I feel myself standing straighter and holding my shoulders back like I should. My breasts definitely get lift and my shirts fit better while I wear it. I usually wear it around the house in the evenings or as long as I can on the weekends while I do housework to help my posture.
