swiftDexam Non-Stick Paella Pan, Dark Grey Carbon Steel

There's nothing like presenting a paella in my massive paella pan when we have guests around for dinner, everyone gasps in awe.But when only cooking for two, this item is small enough and perfect to feed us both, with a bit leftover for leftovers tomorrow lunch, or to freeze.Love it.

Leichter und sehr gut verarbeiteter Pfanne, nur ist der Boden nicht flach.. dementsprechend verbrennt es fast in der Mitte.. sehr ärgerlich

After purchase in September, the coating, non-stick, came off and this made it unusable. Food being cooked would stick to the bare metal and this defeted the the pans use.Have now had to purchase another make of pan.

Exactly as described and looks great when entertaining

Pan was lightweight with a nice rounded interior, but is simply too thin to allow it to be non-stick. This is great if you actually want to BROWN your food, but it needed constant attention to keep scraping the stuck food off the bottom. Attractive enough to bring straight to table, but I have taken it to recycling after only 4 meals and invested in a more expensive, substantial alternative which I can leave to its own devices for longer than a minute on the hob.
