I'll make this simple. In February of 2023 the sunroof on my 2005 Trailblazer, which I had never opened, started to leak. I put a single layer of this tape around all four sides of the roof. I am writing this review on March 27, 2024, and the roof hasn't leaked a single drop. Not only that, but my car sits in the driveway 365 days a year, not in a carport or a garage. Outstanding product.

Fantastic seller great fast shipping but it doesn’t work I was trying to hang Christmas decorations up and it wouldn’t hold so now I have to buy different tape I’ll go back to the tape I used to use because this is rubbish !!!!

Strong tape , easy to work with

It works very well on hard surfaces (adhesion 5 ⭐️) The side of my wooden bed frame is loosen and this tape kept it in place for months and still holding it like day 1. however it is not transparent at all, you can clearly see the tape.It does not work on soft surfaces like sofa (adhesion 2 ⭐️ ). My sofa is tearing and I tape it. As you can see the corner lifts up and the side is wrinkle in a few weeks, which will scratch you. It is also hard to remove because the adhesive side melts and the glue sticks to the product (make my sofa sticky and I cannot remove the stickiness even with alcohol or soap).If the glue melts I really doubt it is weather proof, so indoor use is ok but outdoor...I won’t have high expectations.

I needed to keep a spring loaded button from popping up. I had been using traditional duct tape, and had to replace it twice a week. One application of Gaffer Power tape and it has held three weeks; so far.

I bought this tape to use on reusable hot/cold packs. I have chronic migraines, and use my ice packs everyday. It is extremely hard to get them long enough to go around my head wrapped in a hand towel without being too wide. Also, after awhile they seem to have air in them. I’ve tried to fold them into the correct size, or let the air out so they conform and work better, but until now, hadn’t found a tape that stuck well enough, as well as holding up under the freezing to fairly hot temperatures. This tape does it! It holds up through the temperature variables, as well as the rubbing on the towel with the weight of my head in sleep. I’m very impressed!Update: this tape is still holding well for the most part, though it is loosening in others. I have also learned that it does not stick to frozen objects, no matter how dry you get them before taping.

I bought this to fix a tear in my greenhouse plastic, and it workes perfectly!Only thing I would say is that there is not a lot on the roll, although I had enough for what I wanted it for.

This is a very expensive roll of tape but I will definitely be purchasing it again! It is so good for so many tasks. I love the weaved string inside of it for extra security, easy ripping off the roll, and it's durability. I used it to tape up a window that was cracking and it totally did the trick. Especially when a new window would have cost $500 to replace. I have used it for so many odd jobs that I didn't realize I needed it for. It's heavy duty and sticks perfectly! Definitely recommend!!

I used it for taping plastic on my windows for winter and it keeps unsticking from the wall.

I have used it for light filtering and it worked great in my application .
