This water pick has its own mind- you have to be Sure to empty the water out because it goes off at random times. If it’s empty it just loud and annoying- if you have water in it, it sprays down your bathroom. 7 months in and it has completely stopped working. The battery charge indicator is still working, bitYou can’t turn it on at all anymore. It slowly failed- First the mode button stopped working regularly- then it would come in and you couldn’t turn it off at all- you just had to let the battery die. Now no power at all.

Generally this water flossier is very good, but not perfect and I can talk you why.I'm QA Engineer and I found two problems with my water flossier.1. Bad User Interface design.Yes it looks nice, but the biggest problem is - you can not feel where is your fingers on buttons or not.And time to time you press the power button if you don't want to press it.2. Problem with water tank.In lab testing it's not a problem but in real life I met with first problems on second day of use.The water pump suck the water from water tank and it make the strong vacuum inside.So I can't open water tank after my cleaning procedures.I think that this problem also will decrease water flow power because pump should making a vacuum in the same time.This construction need a better valve for input air to the tank!May help bigger hole in the tank under black sticker, or may be you need use the different material for this sticker.Today I put some food grade silicone grease on the rubber seal and now the water tank opens and closes much easier and nicer.

Battery life great, travel use great.Dislikes:The tank reservoir doesn’t hold enough water, have to refill several times.The pressure is not adjustable and therefore could not be used for one of the uses I needed it for.Kind of big/bulky to maneuver around my mouth, unlike the more stationary ones you can buy.I often accidentally press the buttons before I am ready to operate and water goes everywhere. All over me and the bathroom.I feel the bulk ones of this product also make it quite messy, I had water flying/falling everywhere.Though all these cons, I felt like I like the product well enough to keep it. Maybe for travel. I plan to purchase a stationary water flosser to use at home.

I have used it for 4 months now. Ever since I started to wear invisalign, I was looking for a good water flosser. My sister got a different brand from her dentist which was almost $100. This one is much better price with same quality. With invisalign, I have to brush my teeth and floss every time I eat anything or drink anything except for water. The water floss comes extremely handy as I can brush and floss my teeth in less than 5 minutes. It feels very clean after doing so. It is simple and easy to use and charge. Very convenient to travel with it on plane. It comes with a bag for packing. If I have to complain, there is a lid/cover on the power cord connector. I guess it's for protecting water going in when using. It's very easy to lose it after charging as you have to unplug it for charging. It will be nice if it's connected to the flosser handle so it's not easy to lose it. Overall, I love it and would recommend anyone to buy it.

This was a great product for a minute. Nice water pressure. However, the plastic reservoir's bottom separated with no way to re-adhere it after about nine months. This happened the last one I bought (from an different manufacturer) so I'm feeling like this is a problem with these plastic gadgets. Also, the charging chord never really fit properly. You can make it work but you have to jam it precariously into the connection and hope it doesn't separate while you're waiting for it to charge.

product stopped working after about two months. would not work when turned on and turned itself on and made a mess when it was turned off. will be looking for another water flosser.

Loved this cordless water glosser until the battery died. It took 3 days to recharge then it started having electrical issues. The flosser would turn on without touching the on switch and would not turn off. This was very disturbing when it came on in the middle of the night.

I use the water cleaner standing in the shower compartment because it really squirts the water. Of course, that is what you want. It has the power to clean between your teeth. And, that is really the whole idea. One could take it on a trip but it is fairly large: 3 inches wide by 8 inches tall. And you have to use your own 5 volt charger.
