I use these in an old family recipe for Swiss Steak prepared in a Mirro pressure cooker.They give the swiss steak an unusual tang. Very good.

These are the perfect onions to use in a martini - or more specifically, a Gibson. Great flavor, texture and the perfect size.

Other than the rating I gave it. I prefer a Gibson rather than a Martini and it has been difficult to find the right size cocktail onion. This one is perfect and doesn't overpower the drink. Thank you!
