I was on the tail end of a respiratory illness... most likely due to a virus. After ~5 weeks, I was getting better but still had some residual sinus drainage issues and was coughing a bit. So, knowing I was probably on the mend anyway, I began taking this supplement 3-4 times a day. As I recall, I was fully recovered after about a week on this product.

My friend brought this to me when I was at the start of a cold and had a lot on my plate - no time for staying home sick. It not only stopped my cold from progressing, but made me feel better within a couple of days rather than a week or longer. Recently my daughter got sick. I gave her 1/2 a tab, a couple times a day, and same thing. The cold didn't progress, and she got better within 2 days. Now I'm fighting the same cold that she passed to me. I've been taking this Echinacea for a day and 1/2 and I haven't gotten any worse and feel almost 100% again. I just ordered more because I think it REALLY works!!!

This product was quite expensive and took forever to get to me. When it finally arrived, the box was crushed, looked old and was expired. I contacted Amazon because it said on my "product information," if a product is faulty or defective, I could return or replace it. I went through return/replacement steps and return/replacement was not allowed. I also contacted customer service, and the chat said I could not return/replace this item. I asked for a call back from customer service, and the screen told me "wait for a call back." Without receiving any phone call from customer service about this issue, the screen read "Your call is done." Beware!!! I would not use this seller.
