This rimless baking sheet is nice and heavy and sturdy. So pull your best cookies when the outside is just cooked and the centers are not quite done. This baking sheet holds heat and cookies will continue to bake once pulled so be careful not to burn your fingers. I don’t think this sheet will warpLike my last one. I’ll probably order a couple more in the very near future. Very happy with this product

These cookie sheets are perfect for baking the shortbread cookies that I use in my home bakery. I chill my cut out cookies on the pans and they easily fit the narrow shelves of our side by side refrigerator. The heavy duty sheets bake evenly and consistently, with none of the warping that occurs with cheaper ones. I use mine with perforated silicone mats. The cookie sheets are easy to clean, and I put my wet ones in the still warm oven to dry. If you tend to bake several batches of cookies at one time, you might consider purchasing one or two extra sheets. These retain their heat very well and therefore take some time to cool down before you can add more dough to bake.

My wife has been using a old beat up cookie sheet for years. It was about the same size as this one, but it was pretty thick - something like a quarter inch. This one was highly rated so I bought this version. I was impressed with the strength of the metal...But this unit is not thick, it is literally a metal slab. Which I think is fine, its just different that what I had in mind. With that said, it cooks great, cleans great, and my wife can finally throw away her old one!Side note - the sheet had a scratch in the bottom which I wasnt thrilled about. But I didnt feel like returning it since it was only cosmetic and didnt affect its cooking ability. So keep an eye out for that.

I purchased 1 cookie sheet and loved it...so, I purchased a second one. They are nice and heavy and do not bend. My special cookies (for my grandsons) turned out perfectly. I am very happy with this purchase. They are made in the U.S.A Yay!

I have an old "Kitchen Pride" aluminum cookie sheet by "Mirro" 15 1/2" x 12", which I have had for at least 40 years. It's design is important because the LONG sides are open and flat. Every Christmas, I make Scandinavian Almond Bars (flat cookies) and you need to be able to roll out 2 long dough "ropes" side by side with a rolling pin directly on the cookie sheet. That can only be achieved with flat, open sides. I finally found another similar cookie sheet (Vollrath 68085 Wear-ever Cookie Sheet Pan), as I needed 2 pans to step up my cookie production. I just received the pan and it has far exceeded my expectations. I haven't used it yet, but it is larger than my old one and much heavier, high quality aluminum. It appears to be bakery grade. It is not flexible (feels stiff like stainless steel), so it most likely won't warp in the oven. I bake a lot and am thrilled with this purchase. I have no doubts that I will love it!!! It was somewhat expensive, so it took me a few years to buy it. However, when I did and tried this sheet against my other cookie sheets, it baked much better. And the handles on either side made it easy to rotate the cookies in the oven. So I’d better buy another for mt Christmas baking.

These cookies sheets are fabulous! Purchased one for myself, one for my daughter and I gifted my granddaughter with 2 and told her they would last her a lifetime.

Wanted a baking sheet without sides, for even air flow, when baking French macarons. Worked perfectly. Easy to clean and may purchase another one.
