I'm very happy with this Vitamin B complex. It's good quality and reasonably priced. Also the company/manufacturer (Aavalabs) is a very good one. These are my favourite B complex tablets.

I bought these as I have a number of health conditions which, I read , would be helped by this magnesium supplement. What a difference it has made to my muscle stiffness and in particular, my sleep. The only litte criticisms I would have is taking two tablets a day made me overly sleepy and made my fatigue a bit more noticeable. So I reduced it to one. Much better. Be aware that you might become a bit more " regular" too. However, I'm also taking the B12 supplement from this company too so not sure if that is causing that little issue. All in all, fantastic and will be buying again!! PS, I have fibromyalgia, connective tissue disorder as well as osteoarthritis.

The capsule size is ok. Engery wise feels better.

Some reviewer complained that they have "very high doses", but this is because they have no understanding of what they are talking about.Their dosages have been very carefully selected (never mind the above 100% RDAs, RDAs are just meant as guidance, they aren't absolute values, and there are reasons why certain vitamins must be taken in above RDA doses). Sometimes I even take twice a day to enhance their effects as I am very active physically and cognitively.Their quality is superb, and at the same time their value-for-money one of the best around.All vitamins in it are in their most optimal form (for example they use the much better methylcobalamin instead of the cheaper cyanocobalamin that most others use).

These helped with an issue that arose with my health, I did find that once the issue had gone I continued use for my reproductive health. Great levels of each b vitamin and great value for money! I also love the company's brand 😍

Really strong smell, couldn't use for long, but it does give energy

I tried my best to take these but I just can't. The taste and smell is the most disgusting thing ever, not unlike rotting egg and onion. I've taken vitamin b in tablets before but its never anywhere near as bad as this. The only pro to these is they are easy to swallow but honestly your better off getting normal tablets over these 🤢
