Bruno MarcMen's Dress Loafer Shoes Monk Strap Slip On Loafers

I bought this shoe to get me through a wedding, and it did, however like most synthetic shoes of this price range don't expect it to last under daily rigors.The actual color I wanted was more of a yellowish tan, but because of my large size ( 12 ) and scarcity of that particular color (within my budget) I opted for this one, Camel which is sort of like a caramel color, good enough for the theme, but not too crazy of a design/ color that you can't use with other suits or dress down in jeans.it did fit better than expected, very svelte, not at all like those wasteful long tipped shoes which make your feet appear longer that they usually are ( Italian speedboats.)The buckles don't seem very sturdy, but then again, you won't find the epitome of fashion in this price range.

I have several pairs of Bruno Marc shoes in various styles and they're all great. Each style has been true to size and lasted great for the price. These monk straps are no exception. All the Marc shoes run just a bit big; I would say about a half size. But that gives great option for when you cannot find your size. There are usually limited styles in a 14 so when I saw these finally in a 13 I went for it. Glad to have done so. I had to stretch them a bit but they look great and at a price point you can't beat. All of the shoes I have purchased from this company leave a bit to be desired in the way of comfort. However, a decent padded insert takes up that half size difference and gives you a great looking shoe that is comfortable enough to walk in all day. If you're on your feet a lot and still want a bit of style, do yourself a favor and get a pair of Bruno Marcs, throw in your favorite insole and enjoy being set apart from the sea of sneakers and drab "comfy" shoes.

I liked the look of the shoes and they were good value. However, as others have mentioned they have a very strong chemical smell. It doesn't go away. It's been 2 weeks and can still smell them. Also this design runs very big. I had to size down and it's still loose. Also the fake leather creates white creases in the shoe. I returned my first pair because they were too big and had black stains on them (Probably the black stain from the toe area).Pros:Comfortable shoeCons:Size is too large. Definitely size down .5 or 1.Strong chemical smellAfter one day the natural creases are a white color and are very apparent.

Very disappointed. The shoes look great, but... As soon as I opened the box I noticed a very strong odor. I left the shoes on my screened porch for a couple of days and the odor subsided but was still noticeable. I liked the look of the shoes and was trying to figure out if I could live with the odor, so, I tried the shoes on. The shoes felt comfortable, but, one of the straps fell off as I was trying to put them on. Upon closer inspection I noticed that there is glue holding the top to the sole which did not give me any confidence about the durability of the shoes.

The photos are over a month or so. I did shine them as I do all my dress shoes. These last though. For already a month of having them they still hold up well with everyday abuse.Honestly the best pair of 20$ shoes I have ever had. These are my second pair. I walk on asphalt all day and these are the only pairs that last more than 3 months. The soles are great and the interior of the shoe is comfortable. I walk and run all over and all day for my job and these keep up.I would highly recommend this brand.

1st it's a real nice shoe I love it but Shoe was too wide and fit like a size 8 I had to sell it ant the person is ordering a black

I almost never post reviews, but this time I fee the need to. The shoes are not true to size. I wear a 9.5 in all other dress shoes, and these are way too big on me. That’s not even the worst part! These shoes have the WORST CHEMICAL SMELL imaginable. When I first opened the package and pulled them out, I was like ok. New shoes that have been trapped in a package for god knows how long. I aired them out for TWO DAYS before I wore them. I wore them to work ONCE, and less than half way through my day, the chemical smell was making me have a headache so I had to take them off and switch to my tennis shoes. Which sucked because I wear a suit to work each day. It’s now been almost an entire WEEK, and my apartment smells so badly like the chemicals on the shoes that I’ve had to put them in a plastic back and hide them in the closet in a plastic tote until I can ship them back.

I liked these shoes so much that after about 8 months, I bought another pair. At under $30, they're a great deal and look fantastic. I had to buy new ones because the heel was worn on my first pair. You can spend $15-$20 to have them repaired, or simply buy another pair for just a few dollars more. I wear these with suits, jeans, etc. They match just about everything and look great.

Theses shoes were very comfortable to wear, and l didn't have to break these in.

I thought these were leather but sadly they're not. Look kinda cheap if I'm honest.
