These peppers make the most delicious spicy mayonnaise ever, and the heat level is just enough to be fiery without killing all the flavor. I bought them specifically for that reason and can't wait to make my own at home. I transferred from the bag to spice jars and the aroma is intoxicating! These peppers were very flavorful add to a variety of dishes where you want a little heat. I used the pepper seeds to grow three plants over the summer. 80% of seeds from the dried peppers germinated within 7 days, and took about 3 months to harvest starting in June. Now I have 3 plants pumping out this pepper variety to make into powder or dried peppers.Great for Italian sauces or other dishes. Pepper and supplier are 5 stars.

I purchased this item to collect seeds to be used for planting. They were excellent quality and much cheaper than other sellers of this pepper on Amazon.These dried Calabrian peppers are excellent quality and were properly dried. They are hot but not incendiary. Excellent for flavoring Italian dishes.

Great spicy flavor and dried well.

These are perfect for the way I cook and my friends and family agree. Red pepper flakes that you buy in the store are hot, but lack the depth of flavor that I was looking for. These filled the bill. And, when you stick your nose in the bag, the aroma is out of this world! I keep a few in a dish at the table so if people need red pepper flakes, they can crush there own. And, as an added bonus, you can sprinkle a few seeds in the garden and watch the magic happen. Highly recommend.

Received the bag of chilies, although I haven't used them yet. Packaging was clean.

When I got this product I looked at it’s expiration date and the date had already passed. Tried to return it but it is non returnable. This is a total rip off.

They arrived in a timely manner and undamaged.
