Excellent product at a quarter the price of name brand!
2hp pump. 193’ static water level, pump set at 260’. Getting aprox 20gpm.We are very happy with this pump. I installed it myself and everything was good. 8 months later we had no water and i could see a capacitor in the control box had gone bad. I got a new one but the pump still wouldn't come on. I called customer service and i couldn't be happier with there help, Jason walked me through diagnosing the problem step by step and after 15 minutes on the phone we had established the motor was good but there was a short in the wires below the well cap (which is what ruined the capacitor). After pulling the pump I found where the wire had rubbed against the well casing and were shorting out below the water line.( note: use jacked submersible wire, not the single strand submersible. It gives the wire much more protection) After replacing the wire and reinstalling the pump everything works great. I really have the say that Jason was really a big help. When we first had a problem i was sure it was just proof that a pump for less than $500 instead of $2000 was just to good to be true. Not the case, pump works as good today as the 1st day.

The pump has only been installed for a few months, however, it runs 10 hours daily to water our small pasture and it has been performing well.

lasted 21 months before seizing up. would not recommend at all.

So far so good
The pump has been working for over a year so far. 300 feet deep, 50 foot head, large family in a 4 bath house, pump is working hard. No issues so far.

This is a good product for the money. I had some trouble with the pump at first. The company service people were very helpful in walking me through the repair and reinstallation. Once the bugs were out of it, it worked great. Best part of the purchase experience was the prompt support service. They even performed follow up calls to make sure I was completely satisfied with the product. I would purchase from this company again.
