Gluten Free Baking Mix By Live G Free 2-pack

I bought this during the pandemic when it was hard to find some of the grocery brands I typically buy. Very little flavor, and the consistency and blend of ingredients led to thick, leaden pancakes. I made one batch and threw the rest away, it was so unsatisfying. Bob's Red Mill and Pamela's brands are far better -- I cannot believe how high a star rating this stuff has.

I really love this product but I wanted to let you know that when my 2-pack baking mixes arrived they were packaged in a way that was not protective and they were burst open and unusable. very unfortunate. I would not recommend purchasing these specific ones to anyone.

Taste great. I use rice milk drink to make the pancakes less dense. A bit pricey.

Fluffy tasty and GF!

I've been gluten free (Celiac's) for over ten years and have tried many flours. This has to be the worst. It's soooooo grainy and chewy, it's impossible to try to make anything with it. It's main ingredient is rice flour, which is usually great, but because they aren't grinding it fine enough, you get this sand like texture that ruins anything you make. I don't recommend and am incredibly disappointed. Will stick to Bisquick gluten free from now on.

I bought this from Aldi a few times, and loved it for the ease. However, I recently opened a new box to make some waffles, and as I poured it into the mixing bowl I was very grossed out to see a dead bug fall out. I threw it out immediately and will be making my GF breakfasts from scratch from now on. Will not buy again.

This is by far my favorite (and easiest) GF pancake mix. Unfortunately I hardly ever see it at my local Aldi! I wish they’d keep this in stock on a regular basis.

I don't know why this products are so expensive here, you go to Andis and you will find it for $1.99 each smh.
