GM Navigation DVD Map Update 9.0C 23286273

After installing update. Still doesn't show my neighborhood which was built 5 years ago. HERE technologies customer service is horrible, initially offered a partial refund, but then did not send it. Now they will not answer emails.Don't waste your money on this!!!

Loaded easily on first try..

Do not bother upgrading the GM navigation. My experience has been horrible as far as the voice recognition is concerned. So very, very frustrating to use and it does NOT work.

The update malfunctioned and did not upload. Also, it completely disabled my current system. I've been trying to get another upgrade for almost a month after sending the new one back. Customer service is terrible!!!
