Just didn't work for me.
I like the slick look of the watch and that you could hear clearly. It took me a about 5 minutes to pair it with my phone. The instructions are not that clear. If you get this watch, go ahead and turn your Bluetooth on. Then press and hold the power key until you see the word pair. Find it on your phone and pair it. I didn't like that my contacts did not sync or if I received a message, I didn't get a notification on the phone. This watch was a little to bulky for me. The price is good, fast shipping. ..just didn't work for me.

Microphone doesn't work
Microphone doesn't work. Make sure when you buy it do it though amazon and not through a intermediate store. I have to return back. But I have a great support with the amazon staff.

Not a smartwatch; just a wrist bluetooth. Horrible call quality.
Bought this on the groupon launch. I had high hopes, but it isn't a smart watch in any sense of the word. It is simply a wrist bluetooth that happens to have a 24-hour clock on it. Which you have to manually set. And apparently can't be put in 12 hour mode. (Or at least I was up until 23:45 trying to change it without any luck.) My primary purpose for the watch was to wear it at work where I have to do a lot of filing and sorting of production samples. I wanted something that would stream music to my wrist because I can't have my phone out of my pocket, and headphones aren't practical because they tangle and diminish my ability to hear things around me. In this regard, the product worked quite well. I wish the volume could have gone higher, but I understand that you can't expect that much from a tiny little watch speaker. The sound quality was as good as what my phone speaker puts out. However, when using the bracelet as a bluetooth speakerphone, the sound quality on the other party's end was unacceptable. The mic picked up an echo from the speaker every time they talked and sent it as feedback on their end. Even with the mic hole covered and the volume down, people on the other end were getting frustrated. As this is really all this "smart watch" is designed to do, the fact that it fails miserably at it makes it almost useless. This, coupled with the fact that several of the reviewers are having mic problems where the mic just stops working, and are then reporting poor experiences with customer service, I am returning the MOTA. In addition, I just don't see how the thing is worth the price they are charging for it. For heaven's sake, it doesn't even pull the time from the phone. How is that a smart watch?Update 4/9/14: To be fair, MOTA customer support seems responsive, but I still returned the product and I am glad I did, as I see they have already have a Generation 2 model listed on their website. Considering that Generation 1 was just released a couple months ago, it would seem that it was pretty much just a beta product. No thanks.
