KIBK101 Replacement Tank Wire Harness

This wiring harness worked great. It installed easily and quickly. This company is great, I had ordered one from another company and it was lost in the mail. I ordered this one and it came in two days. The other company sent me a replacement that was actually the wrong part. I got the two confused and returned the wrong part to this vendor Motive RV and Trailer. They asked if I needed the part back. I told them no and to recharge me for the part that they sent me. They said they wouldn’t charge me again and would have sent the part back to me if I needed it. They are a very reputable company to buy from and we will definitely by from them again.

My Coachmen Capri that I bought used somehow had this thing missing. I don't know if a previous owner had some type of off road excursion that ended badly and ripped them off or what but I needed to replace it. I had planned on using vero board and making my own resistor pack from my electronics bins, but this was inexpensive and I knew it was made to work with the KIP panels. No worries about moisture. A great purchase that made things a lot easier.

Before I got into changing the tank sensors I tried this. I have to say that it didn't work but was much easier and cheaper than the sensors. Mine were 15 years old anyway so I changed them.

LIFE Saver! I thought I was going to have to buy a while new tank minding system for my camper. No one not even camper world could " find these in their inventory". But with a little persistence found this original KIB wiring harness. Works great and saved me so much. The price is dbl what you can buy them at from KIB in Indiana but to buy from them you have to buy 15! I only needed two.

There was nothing to discount product, purchased as the signal wire(Red) was broken so was not getting signal to monitor.Am not able to determine if system works until our next trip out with our Travel Trailer.install was easy as I undid old lead and replaced new lead as I went along. Job took about 10 min.

Mine wire harness for my fresh water tank was damaged. It always showed empty. This was a quick and easy installation. Tank now reads as expected. Would recommend to any that has a similar issue. On a side note I am a lady that did this simple repair.

I would like to know if anybody knows the wiring schematic for KIB micro monitor waste tank , thank you .

These were hell to get to but once the covers were removed the replacement was straight forward and easy to do. Now all my tank indicators work as they should.

I bought this to teplace the defective one on my 2021 Thor. Simply to compilicated getting Thor to honor warranty. Cheaper and faster to replace part myself.Now, it would have been nice to get the wires identified, I have to assume colors are the same, but Thor provided no documentation and there install never worked.A small sheet with color association or a simple sticky on the wire indicating Ground 1/3, 2/3 and Full would have been reassuring.I have to assume that the color scheme found on the Internet matches this version of the KIB 101.

3 wires on the module read correctly ( empty, 1/3 and full) but the other wire reads full also, which should read 2/3. not impressed! and yes, it has been hooked up correctly and tested.

Nothing wrong with the product just way overpriced. The definition of greed....They're 5.99 in store
