I’m very pleased with the functionality of this phone holder. It was easy to apply to the window, and there is a release button on the bottom of the unit which is slick and smooth in its operation (it almost feels electronic). There is foam on the back and on the two ‘arms’ that you squeeze to lock in your phone, and you have a good choice of placement as it rotates 360 degrees.I’m happy to put my faith in this holder keeping my iPhone safe. Would highly recommend.

As a basic phone holder in the car, the suction is great and the phone holder does what it should, but it does not appear to be a strong and sturdy build as the phone holder shakes when the car is moving, which I have not experienced with other phone holders. So when you are driving not only do you have to get used to or learn to phase out and ignore the holder rattling, but the noise is distracting and intrusive during telephone calls.If the build was better or more secure I would give it 5 our of 5 but the continuous noise is distracting and soon becomes annoying.

Put the holder up today as my previous one (MPOW magnetic disk type) broke.This is a good bit of kit. I found that it did not hold the S20 Plus too well though (hence the low sturdiness rating).What I mean by this is the actual cradle for the phone uses an adjuster nut on the back to alter how easy it is to change the angle of the phone. Due to the weight of the S20 Plus, even on the max tightest the phone would still change angle when driving. However, I found a way around this by resting it on the edge of the dash. Now it works well for me.I will edit this review after I have had a longer time to use it.

Update: the seller must have read my review and made contact with me directly and offered to send me a replacement item I guess this item was faulty and should not be falling off so soon. I have taken their offer. Very impressed with the customer support team. Updated 3 star to 4 now.Original review:Bought on dec 19 and waited to see how I got on with this item. Unfortunately the suction cap is sticky and once it wheres off it will not attach on the windscreen/dashboard for more then a min. Very dangerous when your driving. I would not buy this again.

Driven a little over 50 miles with motorways, country lanes and all in the middle..This works really well, holds the phone perfect and I like the adjustment you can put too. It’s not fallen off just yet so what I can say!For now it’s definitely worth a 5 star as it’s been much better than the more expensive ones I’ve bought that have all broke before.

This seems to be a sturdy well made product. It holds my Sony phone securely and can be adjusted easily to the correct angle. The suction seem good and secure and wash still secure after a three hour drive. These are early days so it remains to be seen if this secure suction lasts over time. Unlike my traditional sat nav suction pad which is just rubber this device has a sticky coating on the suction padwhich may wear off in time

This is a lovely product. I drive for a living and have used several holders. I must honestly say that this one is the best that I have ever used. It is sturdy, solid, works well, not fiddly & robust. Like many others, I read reviews before I buy on amazon. I can honestly say that you will not be disappointed with this one!

I really hoped this would work well, as the design is clever, it adjusts really well and the length of the arm means the phone was put of the way of my driving view. It held my phone really well and had a nifty release mechanism.But. After about a month (the returns window), the suction failed and fell as I was driving and using the navigation on my phone. And it hasn't been the same since. It lasted about 3 weeks when I stuck it back on, and even shorter after that. Sadly I have now given up on it and am buying a different style holder that fits into the grill of the air con vent.
