Merrell Women's Encore Breeze 3

Great shoes! This is my 4th pair of Merrells.Cushioned but supportive slide makes for comfortable fit right out of the box.

Looks great, very comfortable, holds up well.

I like the comfort and walkability I get in this simple merrell low backed slip on. Was a little skeptical as it is nearly a slide (the back is very low) but the fit is right to NOT slip out of the shoe. I've taken it miles as I often use it for my daily walks and the shoe is sturdily made. The style is very casual and typically Merrell style, which some may find a bit TOO casual. It's essentially a clog with a low heel and low back, with mesh top and Merrell sole and footbed. I don't mind the clog look as comfort is there, and it is with this shoe. My workplace has a business casual dress code and I've worn the shoes to the office without getting any coworker or boss side-eye or criticism so I think it's a good option for most business casual offices as well. The toe box is wide enough that it doesn't crush my toes together, which is a big plus for walking longer distances. The mesh is somewhat ventilated and the only drawback to that is that dust tends to settle in the holes if I'm walking in a dusty environment. Turns out the dust can be vaccuumed out of the mesh so it's not an issue. Overall a great shoe, so far I've chalked up many miles without discernable wear to the soles and it's holding together well as expected.

I have a pair of these from about 5 years ago that finally came apart at the seam. I ordered the same size and it is smaller than the ones I had. I have to return the new ones and reorder in a larger size. Love the shoe, am disappointed that they are skimping on size.

Good comfort and support for walking

Been wearing these shoes for years very good suport,very stylish.Like the fact I can wash them and still have good support. Only shoe I can order by mail and have same good fit!! Most important.

I greatly appreciate the quality of these shoes, I am enjoying my hikes…and feel safe…

Are these the "outlet" version? In the past my Merrells have had a black insole except for the pair I purchased at an outlet store: they had an orange insole. In my research I've learned that outlet shoes can often/always be of a different manufacture. The orange soled ones did not hold up as well as the others. They went out of shape and looked old quickly. I'm sorry I didn't pay better attention when I ordered these. Now to decide whether to take a chance and keep or to return.
