Tech Armor 3D Curved Ballistic Glass Screen Protector Designed for Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus (2019) 1 Pack

Ok so I wrote a review of this glass and it was a good glass. I had a couple issues with the fingerprint reader and it floating on the glass. Well they were great to reach out to me and sent me a new glass. My wife worked for geek squad and she put the new glass on for me. Well the first glass I put it on was over another screen protector that was already on the phone so it was not a defective glass but my own incompetence ( I'm a welder not a tech guy). It's been a week and got to say that it is a awesome product with better customer service. I will be putting only tech Armour on my phones going forward. Fingerprint reader is great the adhesive to the screen is spot on and the durability is great. Seriously do yourself a favor get this item for whatever phone you gave and you will not be disappointed.

I normally love tech armor and have been a loyal customer for years. However, this version is crap. The adhesive is only on the outside edges and fingerprint area, so the screen quality does not look as clear because it floats above the actual screen, not adhered to it. I'm ot sure how to describe the look, like a soft cloudiness rather than a stark clear quality? It's obvious when the screen protector is removed. Add to that, it can fall off easier than if it was adhered better. When you are applying it and you adjust it to seat it properly, you realize just how poorly it attaches. It popped off as I placed it in my cover, not because it was installed incorrectly, but because it doesn't have a firm grip on the screen. For the record, I was well aware of the factory screen protector and it was removed prior to install. Oh and the glare! I can't use this in daylight. The glare prevents me from seeing my screen clearly even if there is no direct sunlight and as I use my phone I constantly so reflections. I have yet to find a matte version. I also really hate how bad the smudges are. Screen is constantly dirty. Lastly, I wish they gave an option without the fingerprint scanner. It's so very obvious and distracting during use, especially since I rarely make use of that feature.Don't buy this product. I am usually very happy with this brand, but this particlar product I wish I could return. Beyond a decent price, there is nothing else good about it.

Long-term Tech Armor customer here. I have it on all my devices. I have to admit I was concerned when I read problems with the fingerprint reader in the other reviews here. When I first put this on, it had trouble reading my fingerprint. then when I went to put one on for my wife's phone I noticed that the Samsung note 10+ comes with a screen protector film already covering the screen. I did some research, and it is okay (and I feel necessary) to remove the pre-installed film (unlike with the folding Samsung phone which broke it). Anyway took a chance popped off my Tech Armor one, ripped off the pre-installed film, and then popped the Tech armor one back on, hoping and praying it would still stick. It works like a dream. Reads my fingerprint effortlessly. Hey Tech armor guys, you should actually mention removing the pre-installed film somewhere, it really does interfere with the fingerprint. And you're welcome. Maybe send me a replacement/backup for the one I had to pop off wink wink.

I had to push really hard for finger print reading which is really sad cause it did it job. I drop my phone and protector shattered at the corner of the case where the pen is at. The case i have with it made it lift off my phone so it didnt last long

I typically recommend Tech Armor; however, this product just has to many flaws as to render it non-usable. It does not conform to the rounded edges of the curved glass. The adhesive is only on the outside and the finger printer reader area and therefore the glass protector easily pops off. Additionally, it is not case friendly as the outside glass edge sticks up and makes for easy point to lift the glass protector off your phone. The glass protector essentially "floats" above the phone glass creating somewhat of an opaque look through the glass. IMHO, I'm not sure any glass protector would work for many of the same reasons listed above and as such I would recommend a film protection vice a glass protector.

I've had this product for a week and so far I'm impressed. It went on very easy with no air bubbles or gaps.

Screen protector wouldn't stay on screen with my Otterbox on. I didn't try it without the Otterbox. The sides kept coming off and it wouldn't let me use the fingerprint scanner. In all fairness the really expensive screen protector I got when I bought my phone did the exact same thing.

This is a glass screen protector that fits the note 10 plus perfectly, and doesn't cost 50 bucks and a masters degree to install. It has a funny circle in the middle for the fingerprint sensor which is actually a cool piece of tech considering the difficulty of dealing with an onscreen sensor. There is no way to better protect your device than a glass screen protector, and there isn't a better brand to get a glass screen protector from other than Tech Armor. They have the hands down best customer service paired with the best accessories to protect your new device.
