Good durable brush for clean up of surface rust. I keep several of these on hand. Sometimes I need to clean screws and bolts that have rust, debris or old thread locking compound on them. I just brush the stuff away.These also can clean a file as well. Not as durable as a file card, but good enough to clean up bunked metal on your file.Sometimes you have a battery that leaked out and corrosion started on the terminals. Use this brush to clean the corrosion.

Something as small and trivial as this little brass brush is hard to have anything negative to say. I bought this to brush off the tiny little brass nozzles on my 3D printer. They get bits of melted plastic stuck to them and have a tendency to "ooze" plastic while pre-heating. This brush is small enough and just bristly enough to keep my nozzles clean between print jobs. My only complaint is that the wooden handle isn't terribly well finished. It's not rough or splintered, but a once-over with some 600-grit sandpaper would make it more pleasant to hold. For what it's worth mine says "CHINA" on it and the product photo says "MEXICO" -- I can't imagine that means much to many people, but an observation nonetheless.

I got this to clean my gardening tools. So far it has worked great on my Felco handheld pruners and my bigger loppers. Just spray some WD40 on there and scrub away. It gets the dirt, grime, and even rust off, no problem. This brush is exactly what I wanted, and I'm sure I'll be back for another one once the one I have wears out.

I purchased these brushes to scrub hard to reach crevices on my stainless steel pans. In the first use, all of the bristles came out of the brush. I can’t imagine a use that wouldn’t have caused them to fall out. The wire bristles were basically a bundle of wires folded in half and shoved in each hole with nothing to secure them in place. It took very little pressure to knock them loose.

Lost half the bristles in the first day. Total garbage. Not a good first impression, I was considering a Forney welder but not if they can't even offer a decent brush.

I bought this little wire brush to scrub the wire screen area on the underside of kitchen and bathroom faucets. Our water is hard and leaves tiny mineral deposits that deflect the faucet water when it builds up, causing spray where I don't want it, including spraying me! This little brush is slender, sturdy and just the right size and strength for the task.

I use these in my small shop in my garage for cleaning parts on my wire welder and other tools and cleaning rust from metal prior to welding and cleaning of the resin residue from completed welds. I highly recommend this item.

Seems to be well made. I'm using it to clean rust off glass bottle that was left by rusty metal caps. Works well. The bristles could be a little stiffer and then I would feel better about the longevity of the brush and I think it would work even better. I feel good about the purchase.

I bought these because of the brand name. Forney used to be a respected name in the business. What the heck is the matter with these guys. My first use of the brush, cleaning a circular saw blade, resulted in most of the wires falling out of the wood handle. Threw the brush away and spent the next few days cleaning up little lengths of brass.Keep looking.

Would appreciate if the brush was longueur. Buy a multiple pack because it would only be good for 5-10 uses. Didn't scratch the surface that I was working on.

I am a nail tech and I bought this brush to use for cleaning my e-file drill bits. It works great and I would purchase again. :)
