Fell apart in my hands after one use
Given the other reviews, I think I must have gotten a lemon. This rake literally fell apart in my hands after using it less than an hour on the leaves in my front yard. Amazon was totally unhelpful in acknowledging that they shipped me defective merchandise and wouldn't remotely work to make things right. Did I actually get a lemon? I'll never know. Beware, long-time Amazon shoppers; customer service used to be great with this company. It's not now.

Convenient and Sturdy
The perfect solution for my small townhouse that has a VERY large tree in the front yard. I also like to shorten the teeth and the handle to use the rake to scoop the leaves into bags.

Will not stay telecoped
Inferior product. Do not buy this. This rake will not stay in place. Once you extend it and go to rake the yard is collapses on you. Very annoying.

Cheap rake
I like the idea in the possibility of adjusting it but it seems very cheap made and flimsy after I used it for about 4 hours The rake itself at the ends began to bend.

won't stay put
I liked the ability to adjust the size of the rake, but the locking mechanism doesn't hold. The lock gets loose all the time and the handle retracts, and it is a bit of a pain in my neck. I would not recommend this item to you.

Fragile plastic piece holds together otherwise decent rake
Rake part seems good - very similar to the one I had previously and loved for years of use but on this one the handle broke the very first time I extended it. If you only need a short rake it may work for you but if you are wanting to rake leaves with the handle extended buy something else. Too bad because the quality of the rest of it seem fine - they shouldn’t have cheaper out on that one piece of flimsy plastic.

Decent overall
This is a very handy rake to get into some tight spots....if you "rake out" too much, the elongated rake has a hard time to perform as a rake....I like it for its versatility, I was using a "kiddie" rake before to accomplish the same thing.

Handy lightweight rake
Easy to use. This is a light garden rake ( not meant for heavy use,) but folds up for easy storage and great for that occasional need.
