Nope. Waste of time.
This book is a joke. There is nothing about actual meal prepping. The pictures are black and white and copy and pasted from a simple google search. Too many typos/grammatical errors and horrible unthought out recipes to even count. One page has a picture and title for Kale Chips, but a recipe copied over from the page before. This looks like a high school health project that would have gotten a low C grade.

Not What Expected
This was not as described. Very small book, black and white photos. The only “meal prep” is telling you to put in containers or freeze. This should be $5 book, not $16. Returning.

Lovely cookbook
There’s a lot packed into this little book—don’t let its small size fool you. You have breakfasts and smoothies and lunches and dinners and snacks and side dishes and desserts and even salad dressings—all recipes are centered around making things that are easy, that you can prep ahead and make in a very short time and that will be portioned out for several meals to reduce the time and indecision of cooking every night. If that’s what you’re looking for, this is the book for you.

Love this book - unbiased review
I like this book so much that I actually felt compelled to come back several months later and write a review (my first for Amazon). It has made a real difference in my life and I thank the author.I've tried scores of cookbooks and find that many are written by professional nutritionists, and the recipes are frustratingly just out of reach, time-consuming, and not really for "normal" people. (I do not know anything about the author or whether she is a "professional," it doesn't matter to me.)This book has been written and cooked with care. (I made the pumpkin cupcakes w/cream cheese filling for an extremely experienced cook, and her reaction: "Oh my God. These are the best muffins I've ever had.") Last night I made the quinoa bake, and I was like (again) "Oh my God, this is just SO GOOD!"I'd say don't let the B/W format or any editing issues sway you. (I wonder if the reviewers who gave it one star tried any of the recipes?) The recipes in this book really hit a sweet spot if you, like me, are slightly beyond basic cooking (i.e., peanut butter and jelly sandwiches) but are looking for fast, easy, delicious meals. The size, too, is nice for carrying around to the store. The "weight loss" title is a bit off, I'd say - these are fast, simple, delicious meals. Great variety, too - smoothies, BF, lunch, dinner, in one place. To the author: maybe a snacks section in the next edition? I'd be keen.Thank you, Ms. Krieger, for your work. You have a happy reader in Chicago.

One repeat recipe
I haven't felt very inspired by this cookbook. It's entirely in black and white, so the giant images of each dish seem almost pointless. I'd rather they had used the space to expand on the directions, which are brief and lacking useful tips. You can make some good food from this book, but it felt like a waste to spend money on. It's poorly formatted with different sized font throughout and missing punctuation. Page 21 and 105 have the exact same recipe for a strawberry mango smoothie, advertising on one page as a healthy breakfast and the other as a tasty desert option. Just bizarre. Check out Damn Delicious Meal Prep by Chungah Rhee, I've gleaned a lot more useful information and recipes from this option.

Book has issues with printing editing.
There are 3 recipes with the same directions. These two have the same directions. They are not the right recipe for these two items. Needs to be corrected. I like the book otherwise.

Disappointing
This book sounded promising when I read the description and took a "look inside". However, upon receiving it, I was very disappointed. The pages are in black and white, not in color as shown in the images. Book is also small for a cookbook and the font size varies greatly throughout. For some longer recipes, the type is tiny. A cookbook, especially one for losing weight, needs to be appealing and make me want to try the recipes. This cookbook reminds me of a cliff notes book from high school. The book is being returned.

Meal prepping...
Personally sent back straightaway. Because the letters are too small, squeezed together. Blurred black and white photos.

Very poor quality and not Inspiring at all!
Very disappointed in this book after seeing it advertised on a TV programme. Very poor quality and no imagination with the food whatsoever. Very basic and not inspiring at all. Wouldn't eat anything that is in the book. Pages not even in colour. Think you need to get back to the drawing board!
