Q: I accidentally left my two packs in the counter for a day and a half after receiving them. Are they okay still? It says to keep refrigerated.

It’s probably ok if you refrigerate as soon as possible since it’s ferminted already anyway. Check with Mama Kimchee’s website to be sure since they’re the manafacuterer.

Q: Should i leave it in tbe refrigerator for 21 days before I open it then for besr flavor, or eat it right away?

It's ready to eat right away, however it never lasts 21 days in our house it's eaten too quickly.

Q: How long does the kimchi last?

It needs to be refrigerated and it is dated as to how long it can be kept. Not sure of the length of time.

Q: When you get it can u warm it up too and eat it

Only warm the portion you want to eat. The remainder of the kimchi should be refrigerated.
