We like how sturdy the panel is and the way it is secured to the side of the opening as described, not just by tension (like other brands) and there is a locking mechanism that is attached between the patio panel and our sliding door. Also, the doggie door is better sealed with all of the magnets, just as described, so it doesn't blow open whenever the wind blows like our previous one! The downside (this is just to aware of) is the support bar at the top of the tension upper piece - picture - is at the exact point that 2 large round head screws protrude from our sliding door (and I imagine that other doors are similar). We had to have a handyman come out to change the screws to flathead because we didn't have strong enough tools to do this. Also, even after using their weatherstriping, there were gaps so we added a very slim weatherstrip to our patio door edge. We still use a wood bar in the bottom track for security because the lock between the panel and slider isn't super sturdy. It is a time consuming project and needs 2 people for most of it.

We have an extra tall door 94.25" and had to cut an inch off the top piece to make it fit over the track. Our small dog finds it easy to use, and we did need the extra weather stripping since it had gaps. It's been a game changer for getting our dog with a small bladder outside more. Hopefully, it will work great through the winter cold but even if it turns into a 3 season door it was worth it. Love the locking mechanism.

This was a well made door it was perfect for what I wanted for my Labraheeler to get inside and out of my house but we could not get it to fit out sliding glass door, th ed re was an awesome video to help but our house is very old so th ED sizes are off Had to send the door back was very disappointed it would have been perfect if it was for my weird door size

This door seems to be very well built. It was so easy to install and it seals out drafts very well. I love the fact that it has magnets along the side as well as the bottom. It took our dogs a couple of days to get used to it because the flap is heavier than the previous door they used. I would highly recommend this dog door and the seller is amazing to work with.

I didn’t like that you couldn’t lock it using our Arcadia door only because it didn’t match up. Really weird. We had to return it because locking the door was a must!

This is a very High Quality Pet Door. Unfortunately it did not work for me as my dog is very small. The company was very understanding and worked with me to get a refund. It was excellent customer service and the product is first class!!

I completely love this doggie door! I've had doggie doors in the past but not one with a sliding glass door. This door made my life much easier. My dog now has the freedom to go out and come back in through this door without bothering me to open the door for him. This door is sturdy and solid enough to keep out the cold or hot weather. I recommend getting this door for your pet if you only have a sliding door to access your backyard.

Very disappointed in this product for I was really looking forward to it. The product was not plumb & after trying to install it there was a huge gap between the sliding door & product. They did refund no questions asked
