This is a GREAT BOOK for anyone who is new to real estate investing through wholesale opportunities. This book was a great encouragement to me on the simple steps that need to be taken, in order to succeed as a wholesale real estate investor. It wasn't overwhelming with information, but it definitely points you in the right direction.While there was a lot that I highlighted on my Kindle from this book, one key statement that I liked a lot as a wholesaler was this, “I am looking for properties for buyers, not looking for buyers for properties.” The success that one achieves in wholesaling real estate is to have more than 1 person to contact, as a buyer for a property that is under contract.After reading this, I took action and contacted people who are real estate investors and asked them about their interest in being contacted by me regarding any new property that I have under contract and added 8 new buyers to my list, and this is something that needs to continually be done too.The biggest take away from this book is that it's important to take action and do something because this quote near the end of the book is convicting, "All of the knowledge and experience shared in this book will be completely useless unless you go out and take the action described in each of these steps," and it's true.Get this book, read it and take action.

Soooo ... I just finished reading Todd Fleming’s book, and I can honestly say I am impressed. After reading numerous books that claim to give you step-by-step instructions on wholesaling I was honestly a little hesitant to purchase this book.It is a very thin book, and once I received it I was like “What the hell is this?!” “How can I learn anything from this little ass book?!” In the beginning with the storytelling and the motivational passages I was thinking “Here we go again” and was about to throw the book in the corner. Yea I know, you have to learn a bit about the author, but MANY books about real estate are nothing but motivational hoopla and a waste of money. But I kept reading and am happy that I did so!Great content, easy to follow, and yes - if you can’t wholesale after reading that book just keep your day job! I will definitely be joining The Kingdom Real Estate Group to take advantage of listening and learning from Todd and the other gentleman of the kingdom on a daily basis.Kick ass book! Get your copy! 💪🏽😎👊🏽

This is an easy read with lots of useful information.

The product arrived on time and in good condition. It works well and has a nice design. The seller was responsive and helpful when I had a question. I would recommend this product and this seller to anyone.

I’m reading a lot of books on Wholesaling and THIS provides me with so much information I’ve been seeking and didn’t know I need. I feel 10x more confident about getting into the business. Todd gives you step by step, reasons why you should do certain things a specific way, in depth explanations and most importantly, how to do this business being honest and transparent. He speaks on mindset which is VERY important. I plan on reading this MULTIPLE times. My favorite thing about this book is it answers the little questions like in which order should you go about this? What to expect when closing the deal? How to communicate with each party. I’m so happy I spent my last bit of money on this book!

He doesn't beat around the bush or tell you he's going to reveal things that you feel like he never really gets to the heart of. He gives you details and specifics. I went to someone else's 3-full day seminar and I feel more ready for a deal now after reading this book! Heading over to a networking group in 3 days after taking some very good and simple advice straight from his book. He also starts his book off helping you with the emotional side of things, I didn't even realize how much things he talked about played a role in this until I was reading it. Also through out the book he poses these questions that act as these amazing guides to keep you on track!

I have been with The Kingdom Real Estate (founded by Todd) for over a year. I have successfully completed to wholesale deals--and that was before the book came out! It's a quick read. He goes over mindset first, which you absolutely have to have FIRST before you start running out and getting started. Don't skip the mindset section, it truly makes a difference when you get your head straight. The rest of the book goes step by step on what you need to do to build your team first, find a buyer, look for sellers who have problems to solve, put under contract, and get paid at closing. This doesn't happen over night; it took me three months to find my first deal for my awesome buyer. Todd is great, he knows his stuff. On a personal note, I'm moving up from wholesaling to buy and hold multifamily properties for awesome passive income--I can't for his book on that! :)

Great book to read, it was easy to understand. Did an amazing job for setting your mindset. Learned some new things that I would’ve never thought of doing. Will be trying a couple things while I negotiate with me. Always remember that you’re helping the seller through their pain, and that all you’re doing is assisting them and making their ends meet.
