Wonderful spice mix
Update: I have used this on a pork roast, our Thanksgiving turkey, chicken, bean soup, and beef stew, all with delicious results. This is a warm spice mix, not spicy, so use it wherever you would use cumin or poultry seasoning.A little goes a long way.Used this in homemade falafel. Delicious!! We have all of these spices, but this mix has the perfect proportions. I can't wait to add it to eggplant.
