Desert Turtle by Michael Carr Designs - Outdoor Turtle Figurine for gardens, patios and lawns (80061),green

I bought this as a gift but may get myself one. I'm so impressed and can't wait to surprise my friend with it.

I wanted a turtle for our flower bed that looked real and was a realistic size, so I picked this fellow and we all just love him. Now, in all honestly, I do not think that he is native to Virginia but I polled my colleagues to see if anyone knew that and no one did so I decided to buy him and he looks great!

I love the little turtle.... it's just too bad it came and had a broken leg. The leg was loss and broke off inside the box? A frog that I received also had a piece broke off of it. Very sad, but still love the statue.

My mum was looking at some turtle statuary while we were out and about during a visit with her. Found this one and had it sent to her for mother’s day. She absolutely loves it. Says that it looks quite life-like.

I have many, many Michael Carr Designs birds and animals around the outside of my home. They are consistently very detailed and well made. If I put statues like this out in the weather, I always coat them with clear gloss acrylic spray paint to weather proof them & these guys have stood up well. In my opinion, the "Chirpers" aren't worth it though, as the sound mechanism won't stand up if out in the weather

I received my Michael Carr turtle today and immediately placed it in the front yard. I live in the high desert near Barstow. This turtle looks real and I placed it near a bush. The colors and texture look fantastic. It was doubled-boxed in styrofoam. My landscaping is now complete. I highly recommend

I purchased the Michael Carr Desert Turtle outdoor statue. The turtle is adorable in color and the way he sits..he just was broken in several pieces when he arrived. Called Amazon and were nice to send me another which also arrived with broken legs. Called them again..they were very helpful and I settled on the snake statue instead which arrived perfect. They are gorgeous in the yard but I hope the seller improves his packaging.

Very lifelike to the point our dog thought it would move if she nudged it.
