This was a total waste of money. Hard to set up.Never worked properly

I am not able to decrease the volume, no matter how much I push the volume button down. It is very loud.

These are total Crap and don't work at all and keeps asking me to download a software program that is so old that it's no longer offered to make this device workSir, you should be ashamed of yourself for selling out of date units that dont work.How to please, your customers is supplying the software program that you know really works to make this unit work.

like this little helper that is in nice shape n like the grey one..so cool. a real real time translater not only helping on business or normal social sites...very good for sb like traveling so may reduce worries from language difficulty time to time. esp when english spanish both popular in USA it takes much convenient.. easy use wz app. recommend it all travllers or using in commercial.

Honestly if you really need to download an APP for this stick, why not use Google Translate already. No network needed. Download the language file before you go so you can use it offline. You can talk directly on your phone and it translate better. Change to any languages any time. And the result might be more trustworthy.The App for this device doesn't work smoothly. There is a time gap between your input and hear the translation. Not to mention you need to set up Bluetooth to connect. There are too many steps need to follow before you can use the device. Another problem is the volume is very loud. No matter how much I tried it doesn't shut up.

It worked great when I was holding it and talking. However, when trying to use it with a driver on a recent trip, it did not work. Could be user problem, but then that speaks to the ease of using the device.

I trie to use this to practice my french. It would be nice if the buttond on the device did nothin but reply DISCONNECTING when pushed.

Je voulais ce produit pour un voyage futur. Ce dernier est une simple extension de mon téléphone par sa connexion Bluetooth. J'ai déjà l'application Google Translate sur mon téléphone. Ce produit n'étant pas autonome n'est d'aucune utilisée.

Incredible quality product. As I need to travel to many countries, in my work related travels, this item is an excellent tool to have in order to communicate properly with persons form another country. Shows an effort on my part and they appreciate the fact that we can exchange comments.

There's really not much of an advantage using this device if you already have a smart phone. In fact you NEED a smart phone to use it with a specialized App. If I had realized this I would not have purchased the device. It works; so don't misinterpret my comments to say that the product itself is of poor quality. However, if you already need a smart phone, then the App for Google Translate works just as well and of course does not require the additional purchase of this moderately pricy device. And I have read some more about this and indeed it does appear that one cannot operate this without a smart phone that is either on WiFi or otherwise connected to your carrier. No advantage over Google Translate App
