Bought this exact umbrella in May 2021. It's never been not open in our courtyard. Color is still great, only real noticeable wear is the material is starting to sag a little between the ribs. So we decided to buy 2 more for our pool. After receiving the incorrect versions (no assist, tilt function) we sent back no problem and received our replacements. Perfect. We spent 3X as much for Sunbrella umbrellas in May 2021 also for the pool and while the fabric still looks great, the crank opening failed and is irreparable. Never buying a crank umbrella again, plus this fabric is holding up fine. Simpler is better. Less to go wrong. And at this price, you can replace it every 5 years and still save money. I hope these are still around in the future.

This is a great umbrella. My third one! Perfect! Good Quality. Does not fly away due to three tiered ventilation. Material is good quality. Color is vibrant. This is my favorite umbrella for my pool and patio area.

Great umbrella! Lasted quite a while. I originally purchased summer 2020 and now fall of 2024 the areas where the vented parts of the umbrella connect to the ribs are starting to show wear at the seams and tearing. I was hoping to buy a replacement canopy but I can't find the exact same type, only a non-vented canopy replacement.

I left my 3-tier umbrella up all summer to protect a table from bird droppings. We had a thunderstorm yesterday; the upper plastic part of the pole broke and when it fell over, it bent the lower part of the pole that went through the table and pulled the entire teak table over on its side. Photos included. I bought it May 2, 2021, 5 months ago. I thought the 3-tiers would protect it from high wind. I guess not. I do not know if the plastic part was cracked to start with, but the box was not damaged.I bought this to replace a faded umbrella with no tiers and no plastic connection parts. That umbrella was left up every summer for 10 years and did not break.If you never leave the umbrella up in thunderstorms, it is very nice and just what you are looking for.It is so expensive! But only worked for one summer. I am asking for a replacement though I did not get the warranty. I will let you know if the vendor replaces it. If so, I will inspect the plastic part and watch the weather more closely!Update: the product failure was within the 6 month warrantee period but the company is classifying 24 MPH winds as "destroyed by a natural disaster" and not as failed during normal use. (I sent a download of the wind data for that day.) Still discussing this with them but am very unhappy with my $250 purchase. They are only offering to sell me a frame for $70 with the expectation that I can transfer the canopy and have a $320 umbrella.Update: They sent a replacement. It arrived broken in a different place. See circled area in the 4th photo and compare it to the first frame above it. Since I like the canopy style and color, I am asking them to send a replacement for the replacement.

High quality and gorgeous. I anticipate this lasting for many years.

This company has very nice products and they use quality material, the color is exactly as shown and hasn’t faded at all while being in the sun and we’ve had it a couple years now.
