Good and comfortable for what it is

This product is great! With my picture, you see that it’s glasses friendly!This cushion has got me excited to play VR again because the original one was stuck with adhesive and was peeling off and was extremely itchy. Although that hasn’t fully changed (itchy), it’s definitely not as bad, and the cushions are modular! It’s adhesive friendly which means you WONT have to deal with that problem, as it is Velcro! Easy Instalment and for me has a perfect tight fit so the headset does not fall off. Not only that, it has a nose cushion so it eliminates a lot of like what the CV1 original struggled with.My only complaint is that the VR a bit of a hassle if you wanna wear glasses with it, but that can easily be fixed by placing the glasses in the headset first (not rating it down for that though as it’s Mainly the VRs fault)Great product, great quality. 5*

Could be alittle cheaper but to be fair to it it's way better than the crappy foam one that itchs and steams up and the one with glasses cut out works well and has not steamed up on me at all not to keen on the rubber nose bit but it works clipped and snapped in to place easily

Still like my Oculas Rift, I have the Quests but for many games the external cameras give better hand tracking, so when the face shield rubber perished, I needed a replacement. Its been a few months now and this replacement has out performed the original, better fit when I wear my glasses, less light leakage, better comfort, even down to being able to wipe with a sanitised wipe between uses. Will be buying again for when this one wears out.

It comes in a cheap clear plastic molded plastic pack , huge gap lets light in unless you use the nose gaurd wich makes the lenses fog up in seconds, the frame is an ok ish if but the padding is rock hard and incredibly uncomfortable ,example i have been known to play in VR for 8 hours at a time but with this face pad i managed about 1 min no joke ,get somthing else

I've never written a review before but feel I have to tell people to be wary of this product. I have a medium size head and an average nose, and was excited to try this product to replace the standard sweat absorbing original foam pad. It is easy to fit and well presented, however from the very first moment I put it on it felt like someone was lightly pinching the top of my nose. It's enough to be uncomfortable and although only a light touch, it is enough to be super annoying and actually makes me feel like I have a blocked nose and restricts my breathing slightly. It may be I am sensitive in this area but have never noticed it before. I have removed the nose piece and it now lets a lot of light in but is much more comfortable for me this way. The covering itself so far is proving beneficial when playing beat sabre or getting very sweaty in VR so I am going to keep it. I would just be wary when purchasing that this may be an issue you will also have.

Bought a new headset and gave my brother my old one but not before installing this bad boy!My snipers dream head kicks out some sweat.

I purchased this on a whim because my Oculus's current face plate form was starting to peel off. Far better than I was expecting, the faux leather pads are really comfortable and that fact that you get two is a bonus. One is a standard pad while the other has grooves making it easier for those who where glasses. I thought I would get warm quite quickly wearing it but I actually got warmer wearing the original face plate. To summarise this is a neat piece of kit and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a replacement for the original face plate and hygiene is of a big concern.

My original Rift strap broke off the mask and the audio cable that ran through the strap tore. I rigged the strap threading wire through the mask and secured it to what was left of the strap. Eventually the foam and other parts of the inner face shield wore out. This set allowed me to restore the inner parts of the shield and is now comfortable to use again.

it's missing the poles to attach the nose seal, and it just cracked in half. The company did contact me about it and offered a refund. It's probably the best facial interface you can get for the Rift, just be careful with it

Im Set enthalten sind ein Rahmen (in Form und Größe identisch mit dem Originalrahmen aber mit einem Klettstreifen statt Schaumstoffpolster), 2 Polster, ein 'Nasenschutz', eine Abdeckung für die Linsen und eine Beschreibung in Bildern. Alles für meine Nase weitestgehend geruchsneutral.Ein Polster hat seitlich Aussparungen, die Raum für Brillenbügel geben sollen. Beide haben auf der Rückseite ebenfalls einen Klettstreifen, um sie auf dem Rahmen zu befestigen. Das mittige Anbringen des Polsters kann etwas knifflig sein, da die Klettstreifen sehr gut aneinander haften. Wenn das Polster sitzt, bildet es einige Falten, da der Rahmen gewölbt ist. Das Polster ist aber weich und die Falten beeinträchtigen den Tragekomfort (für mich) nicht. Den originalen Rahmen abziehen und den Neuen aufstecken, fertig.Wer will kann vorher noch den 'Nasenschutz' anbringen. Der leitet zuverlässig die ausgeatmete Luft nach unten weg, schließt das Headset aber nicht lichtdicht ab. Mich persönlich stört etwas, dass das Teil ständig meine Nase berührt, das Gefühl verliert sich aber beim Spielen.Die Abdeckung für die Linsen benutze ich nicht, da ich sie nur mit 'Nachdruck' am Rahmen vorbei in das Headset hinein bekomme.Die Verarbeitung und das Material machen auf mich einen guten Eindruck. Die Polster sind dicker als die Originalen (Halteriemen anpassen!), der Abstand zwischen Augen und Linsen wird dadurch größer. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass das Bild dadurch irgendwie schärfer geworden ist. Das mag daran liegen, dass der Abstand zu den aufgesetzten Linsen (als Brillenersatz) jetzt besser ist. Oder es nur Einbildung.Die beiden Polster sind, bis auf die kleinen Aussparungen, identisch und können natürlich wahlfrei benutzt werden. Sie lassen sich mit einem feuchten Tuch leicht reinigen. Wie lange das Material dem Schweiß widersteht, wird die Zukunft zeigen (der nächste Sommer kommt bestimmt).Der Preis von 26€ geht für mich in Ordnung.PS. Die Verpackung gefällt mir. Zwar Plastik aber ohne Schnickschnack, ohne Umverpackung, in Form und Größe umschließt sie gerade den Inhalt.
