Exploded batteries
It comes with the batteries in it and when we tried to use it, it wouldn't work. When we opened it the batteries were exploded on the inside. Also you have to buy the coordinating discovery animals to unlock the animals on the sheet. I do not recommend buying.

Great for kids of all ages
My five year old son received this gift for Christmas. Just after a few minutes he was able to figure out how it works and by the end of the day was answering the quiz questions correctly. My 3 year old daughter even was able to use is easily and had fun scanning each animal.

Mine was defective. The batteries were completely corroded and does not work at all. Should have known as the try me button did work. Wish they would have checked it as it was a Christmas present.
