With 6 mouth guards in the package it was reassuring to know that if you mess up you have plenty more to get it right. Plus they offer you free replacements, But I didn’t have to worry about any of that cause I got a great fit on the first try. The instructions were clear and they were easy to mold. I've used other brands in the past where the instructions were much more confusing. These were straight forward with extra tips to help you get the best result. I would recommend to first watch the video and then use the printed instructions as a step by step guide.Overall they were easy to mold, comfortable to wear, and the quality was premium grade. But what was equally as great with this product was getting a 4 pack of teeth whitening gel to use with the mouth guards. I had used other teeth whitening gels in the past (both from my dentist and from buying it over the counter) and this brand has been better than either of those options. The whitening gel included in this mouth guard pack whitened my teeth without sensitivity and in just a few applications.I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a mouth guard for grinding teeth and who wants to make their teeth look the best they can. It is a great value!

These Amazon sellers are hawking garbage, and it might be poisonous. I have went some time using these, but I no longer will be getting my guards off of Amazon. And this is not the only seller with these chemical issues.I switched to Equate mouth guards, which are a perfect size for a closed mouth and made with much better quality. These are readily available at Walmart even.I will never go back. I don't even know why I used these for so long, but they never did have that horrid chemical taste my last pack had so it was easier to use these.The Equate guards, which are 2 for about 18 bucks after tax, are both thicker and more sturdy but only where it counts. They are in general much smaller and with no need to cut them. More comfortable by a wide margin. These are like some cheap knockoff you give to a high school football team. They aren't even properly designed for bruxism or the mouth IMHO. Just stop buying junk on Amazon you think is a good deal and go to Walmart. Take my advice, as I have been using guards for severe bruxism for ages.I have used these mouth guards for about ten years all in all. Never have I received a pack that smelled like rancid plastic until the last two. No way I can support these if the quality control is this bad. They claim ODOR FREE LOL. You can't get the odor out of these mouth guards anymore. Seller tries to claim it was a different seller and yadda yadda yadda. All BS. Don't trust this company.For what it is worth the large ones here are gigantic, and the smaller ones are more comfy after you cut them, but the last two packs, which were refunded, were absolutely RANCID with EVA chemicals. Improper cure or whatever it might be, they were absolutely GROSS after a night in my mouth. Never again. When your body knows it is being poisoned listen to it.

I was grinding my teeth a lot and waking up with headaches. Now that has stopped since I have been using these night guards. The quality is good and it is customizable if needed. I have an average size adult mouth and the mouth guards covered about half of my back molars which my dentist said is adequate to protect my teeth from the harmful effects of teeth grinding. I really like that the borders of the mouth guard barely extend beyond the gums after molding so that it does not feel bulky like so many other mouth guard products I have tried that you have to trim before molding and still end up feeling too thick. This mouth guard has thinner walls (not quite as thin as an invisalign tray that you would get from your dentist) but it is still much thinner than other top selling brands which I have tried in the past.I also really liked having teeth whitening gel provided as a bonus with this product. In the past I had my teeth professionally whitened but I could not afford going back for more treatments after a couple of years. It is awesome that you get the 6 mouth guards plus the 4 pack of teeth whitening gel for less than what you pay for most other mouth guard multi-packs. When using the gel you will see results after a few applications but you have to follow the directions carefully when molding the mouth guards in this kit. It is important to make sure that you get a good impression so the gel stays in place.Overall, this is a great product at a great price. A+++

Review text:With the thin and trim profile these dental guards worked great on both my upper and lower teeth without having to do any trimming. They are very comfortable and have not only kept me from grinding my teeth at night but with the teeth whitening gel that is included, helped me make my teeth look the best they have looked in years.I drink a lot of tea and coffee and over the years my teeth really started to look dingy. I noticed that my teeth looked whiter after just one application of using the whitening gel. After 3 or 4 more applications my teeth look really great!You only have to apply the gel to your teeth for 30 minutes so after I use the mouth guard for nighttime teeth grinding, I brush the trays with toothpaste in the morning after brushing my teeth and then put the whitening gel in them to use while I take a shower and get ready for work. To get the best results make sure you follow the molding instructions provided with the mouth guards so that you can see a clear outline of the sides of each tooth inside the tray. This will keep the gel in close contact with the teeth so that you will get the best result.

I have a small mouth, and was unable to get a good fit with these mouth guards after carefully following the enclosed directions. The plastic molds unevenly, and the thick plastic is uncomfortable. While they recommend repeating the process, that only results in a misshapen form and loss of plastic integrity.

they gave you extra, a little bit a learning process to make these fit but they work. well better price of aocclusal template at 800$
