Great buy for a variety of well working bits

These bits work pretty well on my desktop cnc router. They do dull out after a few cuts through acrylic but they still cut great.

This is the perfect starting set for CNC milling machines. The various sizes and type of bits make this a go to for most of your milling needs. This set also includes bits for aluminum milling/engraving. If you are just starting out or need to replace some bits, I would recommend this package of bits.

I like the assortment of sizes. I am a novice so don’t take my review as I know totally what I am talking about. I’ve broken all the smallest bits. I made it through one job with them and it worked well. But snapped on the next. I dropped one and it snapped as well. Not sure if feed rate was too high or what. One broke in a knot in the wood. Overall I am fine with the purchase. It was a cheap set overall with a large amount of bits. Allowed me to practice doing multiple tool paths for one job.

I am a newly initiated xcarve owner. I have been having a time learning speeds and feeds and have broken every bit I have gotten with xcarve and the some. I have found that this variety pack is giving me the ability to try difrent cuts and is extremely helpful in not braking the bank with as many as I brake with each new project I try to cut. I for see me purchasing many more of these as I learn how to calculate speeds and feeds for each new project. I hope this helps you make your decision easier. Happy carving

Got a CNC router and didn't want to destroy some expensive bits so I bought this. There's a lot of smaller ones I don't really use, but for detailing tiny stuff in the top mm of a workpiece, they're great. The cutting edge is a bit long though so they may snap. These are great for learning. Break a few, learn to not break them, use those same rules with your next set of more expensive bits and you'll be more than safe. The 1/8 ones I have yet to break any. The 1/16" ones are solid too. Just wish the cutting part was a lot shorter for stability and so I could run them harder without worrying. I guess they can reach deep spots if you have to, though. Only downfall is these bits shanks could be a tiny bit longer. By the time theyre inserted fully into the collet, it seems like it's a bit too far and some of the flutes are in there too. Havent had this be an issue. You can get about 20mm of the 1/16" and 1/8" bits coming out of the collet.
