This "Push med" patellar strap is more comfortable than most due to it's viscoelastic pad that adds both function and comfort. It conforms to the individual knee and also minimizes sliding down one's leg. It's made in the EU and the quality difference shows. I've worn the "M" brand which held hard plastic against the knee, and some inexpensive ones made you know where, but this one is better.

I bought it 1 month ago to my son who suffers of Osgood-Schlatter disease and pain reduced significantly. He’s 15 year old and practices ballet and vault pole, previous to that gymnastic. He’s wearing it all day at school and take it off while practice or at night. I recommend this brand.

Had to return the knee brace -ordered the wrong one.

I wanted to love it, but I can’t. I mean, who spends $55 unless they really have knee pain to solve. The silicone or whatever polymer thing inside is amazing, which is why I rated it a 2 and not a 0. The trouble is, this brace was designed to sit in a museum instead of to be worn. It’s clearly never been worn by an active person working out who rated it a 5. The hook & loop fastener cuts into your skin and makes it unwearable. Crazy! I tried to substitute a soft, comfortable neoprene Velcro strap that I had from another knee strap, but alas, this product is firmly sewn on one side so you can’t sub this horrible strap out. Too bad!! So, unless you just plan to sit around the house & soothe your inflamed patellar tendon, this is NOT the solution for you. It’s wholly uncomfortable when you move around. This is the review I wished had been there when I was shopping - yes, you’re welcome.

Price is reasonable in comparison to local retail stores. Bought for my son who suffered from Osgood Shlatter. After putting on the brace daily for a month, his condition does improve.

This particular Push brace, that cost $20.00 more than a different Push brace did not stay in position. It keeps sliding down my leg.I would like to return it.
