Arrived a little bent, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed easily. Good construction quality and a good addition to the bike trailer.

Was re-doing the inside of a trailer I purchased for hauling my Harley. Looked at several 2 Helmet storage shelves like this and choose this one because of 1. Free shipping and 2.the extra shelf below the main one. It also has slotted holes underneath to hold clothing on hangers or Tie Downs when not in use. Shipping arrived one day earlier than stated so that was also a nice suprise. Quality is great and I also purchased another item ....the 6 oil can shelf/box which I use for extra stuff, towels, bungees, tire cleaner etc. Great service and nice piece. The Helmet shelf sits high enough in the trailer that I can walk around the front of bike without it being in my way and doesn't interfere with the fit of the bike in the chock. Makes my trailer organized and nice looking.

The shelf is nice and lightweight. I really like how it has garment holes on the underside for hangers. It's much better than the Rubbermaid hooks I was using.A couple of things from my experience that were negative: it still had soot on some of the weld joints when it arrived. Almost like it was boxed up immediately after welding and not even wiped down. It came off easily enough though.Second, it doesn't have any holes for mounting or instructions on how to mount it. Since I've never owned a trailer, and I intended on mounting this in my garage, I'm not sure if that's expected or not. I ended up mounting a 1x18 into the studs of my wall and a 1x4 at the bottom to support the bottom of the shelf. Last, I drilled a hole in the middle of the back of each helmet bay and screwed it into the 1x18. It's sturdy and does the job. I was even able to add additional hooks to the 1x4. It only took about 20 minutes after a trip to the hardware store to do. A couple of hours to let the paint dry and it's done.My only problem, is that I wish I bought the bigger model of the shelf!

Not the cheapest game in town, but if you want an extremely well crafted and ready to mount shelf in the cargo trailer this is the one. Mounted with a total of 10 truss head screws (The Hillman Group 82203 #8 x 3/4-Inch Modified Truss Lath Self Piercing) and it is super solid to hold anything I'll be putting in it. And, yes since it's aluminum it is relatively light for such a configuration. Very satisfied with the purchase as I only use the very best for anything to do with the bikes and......well, pretty much any of the toys!!

The product has no holes for mounting upon arrival. That allows you to drill and install at your exact location and stud spacing. I used this to organize my garage and get helmets off of my toolbox work surface. This would work great in a race/transport trailer as well.

This works great! I am ordering another for my office. If you ride alot and have full gear (as you should) this is perfect!!!!

When rhe product arrived it looked nice but this is an extremely poorly designed piece. There are no mounting brackets or holes. I'm ok drilling my own however the top and bottom bolts are only 6-7 inches apart. It's 1/16 thick aluminum that will surely rub right through the walls. These are NOT meant to be hung on a wall. I put two large bolts in each side for a total of 4 and it still doesn't tighten to the wall. I haven't pulled the trailer yet with these inside but when I do I am expecting the will loosen up and fall off.

This product is what described, my only reason for not being a 5 star is that the shipping box that comes with needs to be thicker and more durable, especially the corners. I ordered two of them and both of them have damages on the corners and even paint removed. I had to take plyers and bend them somewhat back to normal shape. Not worth shipping back to them as I am sure the others will come the same way. Its just poor packaging. I even bought some black grip mat and glued them down to keep things from moving once they are on.
