I have been wanting to try this spot treatment for awhile, as the one I used to use was discontinued by its brand. Not only does this have all the ingredients of my old treatment, but added ingredients like charcoal and tomato extract. I haven't had any issues with staining from the charcoal, and never had with any of Yes To's charcoal products.I will note that the solution sometimes doesn't come out when you start rolling it on your skin, but I've found that shaking the container up before rolling helps mix everything up, and get it on the roller ball. You may have to shake occasionally, especially if treating more than one spot, but I don't find this to be a big issue.

I'm actually glad to receive the product in the form I'm used to. But if you are advertising the new look then don't send the old look. That is false advertisement regardless if the consumer is getting the same product. But the serum still works like a charm and I'm glad I was able to get it on Amazon since here in Germany it is not sold.

I love love love this product, however this is how it looked when I removed it from the Amazon packaging today. I’ve been using this product for a few years now. I’ve never received it packaged this way. That’s quite a bit that is wasted now. Sad..

The product itself is decent- IF you can get it out. Seems to be a common problem with this one. The roller doesn’t like to work, so the formula gets stuck. I took it out of the rolling tube for that reason.

I dont know why but this smelled so bad. You get used to it but I had to spray my coconut face glow over it to despell it some. It seems to work ok, only tried it that once so far. Made me a bit nauseous

This has worked wonders for me. I apply it on spots and leave it overnight, and it significantly reduces pimples the next day. Sure, the pillowcase can get messy, but it always washes out. I have had severe acne in the past and have taken medication for it. I can tell you, I've tried many products, but this is the only one that gives me next-day results.

I use the charcoal mask as a spot treatment and thought this might be a good replacement, but first of all, NO PRODUCT COMES OUT. Theres a scent, but no visible product. I'll be going back to using the Yes to Tomatoes charcoal mask which works great as a spot treatment!

I don't get acne a lot but lately I have been having little breakouts. I like using these to spot treat the problem zits. I don't have particularly sensitive skin so I can't say if this is ok for that. But I have had no problems, redness or irritation after using it.
