I didn't receive this, received an 8" instead of the ordered 14" channel.
Love unger ergotech, upset about the mishap. Ordered an 8" and 14" Channel along with two handles and an 18" channel. Received the aforementioned 18" channel and two handles, did not receive the 14" channel, rather two 8" channels.
