Use a small flat head screwdriver while door is propped open (or better, held open by someone) to loose the clip on the bad support. Pull straight off. Repeat for bottom. Push new ones in place. Should take 5 minutes if you drop the screwdriver twice, and tell your helper a joke.

AFTER RECIEVING THE WRONG PARTS I INSTALLED THEM ONLY TO HAVE THE HATCH DROP DOWN. WHEN I RE ORDERED THEY SENT THE CORRECT ONES AND THESE FIT AS DESIGNED MY HATCH WORKS PERFECTLY. THANK YOU FOR SENDING THE CORRECT PARTS I ORDERED IT REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE
