I love how this range looks in my kitchen. The hard part was finding an extension for this unit because my ceiling was too high.

The instructions are terrible. It is impossible to mount if You followthe instructions. Had to use YouTube and find the same model and see how they improvised to make this work. Looks nice and works well once installed.

I have tried on SEVERAL attempts to get four replacement bulbs for this item!!! I bought this hood in 2018. The lights went out a few months later. I have been trying to get replacements ever since! I tried several hardware stores and no one carries them. I reached out to ADKY to see how can we get the replacement bulbs. OMG!! This has been a nightmare!First, they tell me to send in the photos of the bulbs with the model numbers. I did that!Secondly, they tell me to send in a photo of the hood unit with the model number! I did that!!Thirdly, they tell me the unit is past the warranty and unable to get free replacements. I KNEW THAT! THAT'S WHY I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET INFO ON HOW TO ORDER THE BULBS!Fourthly, they tell me that I have to send in my email address in this format: a b c (at ) g m a i l (dot) c o m because Amazon portal may delete my email. And I'm like how the heck do you think we have been corresponding?!! They they tell me to provide a number they can contact me. I did that and when they called I was unavailable and they said it went straight to VM. They told me to call in so I can get a link to order the bulbs. So I then called their customer service number to talk to a real human being and that didn't go too well either!!!I talked to a rep in India!! And by the time we got to a place where he understood me the line disconnected! And I had to start all over again!!!!I called back and the rep said he would email me a link to where I can order the replacement bulbs and I'm wondering why can't you just give it to now while we are on the phone!!!! It was like he had to get an okay just to send it out through email!!! And he still got it wrong!!!I received an email with a link and the link is to purchase range hoods!!!! And these are not even the hoods I purchased because they are now discontinued!!!! For crying out loud!!! What the heck!!! All I want is to order four new replacement bulbs for the range hood we bought from AKDY!!! They have no clue what they are doing!!!For all this trouble!!! Just send me four bulbs!!!!Regards,PISSED OFF!!
