We have a French Bulldog & he sheds hair everywhere, we read reviews on a different website that this is one of the best vacuums for removing pet hair from carpet & soft furnishings, & it is. We had purchased a different vacuum cleaner but had to return it because it did not pick up pet hair, but this one is brilliant, it really gets the hair out of the sofa. Obviously it is not magic, but it is really really good.You will not believe how quiet it is, when you turn it on it is so quiet. Some people have said that they can use it when their children are sleeping & I can definitely see that as possible.It comes with loads of different attachments which are great, 3 or 4 of which are contained in a compartment inside the hoover so you can easily change them while vacuuming. The is a gauge on the front of the hoover to say how full the vacuum bags are which is super handy. Purchased this hoover based on other people reviews! The hoover is not so noisy,it has lots of accessories to be used on all surfaces...etcThe suction power not what I've expected! Its not strong enough to properly clean the carpet! The cable is not so long as well. You may have to keep changing the charging points as you go through the house. Easy to clip in the accessories. It comes nicely packed, it looks very nice. It has min/max easy to change. The bag and filters can be easily cleaned!If you neen a strong powerful hoover, it may not meet your needs! Decided to keep it as the old hoover not working at all. I may have to look for something else soon

The media could not be loaded. Amazing vacuum cleaner all I can say. Light, easy to use, amazing suction settings, great on carpet and hard floor and not heavy in hand, definitely 5 star. You won't be dissapointed with this purchase.

Lovely lovey machine, light weight, practically silent , you don’t need to be an athlete to move it on the carpet, fantastic carpet/hard floor cleaning. I bought an optional large turbo head too which makes it brilliant. We’ve tried Henry, Miele, Bosch, AEG cylinders and this far and away is better and easy to use and cleans beautifully

The hose is very short the wheels don't roll as good and slingshot towards you when it gets stuck on anything. Very hard to manoeuvre with. The vacuum has some suction but it helps it self with the hose as the diameter gets narrower towards the told.

I am really pleased with this purchase. The suction is great, and I like that it's variable. The pet head works well, and made a noticeable difference to the long-pile rug where my cat likes to sleep. The cat didn't realise it was a hoover and sat, quite unconcerned, watching me quietly vacuum around him, where normally he'd be under the bed muttering to himself as soon as I'd plugged in. As other reviews have mentioned, there are too many heads- two of them will never see the light of day again. But if you have a parquet floor then perhaps your butler will get some use out of them.

Comes with a ridiculously short, thick and inflexible hose. Heavy and not easy to monoevre. Suction not great. No soft brush attachment. One of the attachments broke the first time I used it. Almost impossible to get replacement bags. They are VERY expensive and when I replaced the bag the hoover now doesn't work. This model was a top recommendation from Which?, but - as with a lot of Which? recommendations - I found it far too generous and out of date. This is the most dreadful piece of rubbish I've ever bought.

For the price this is a great vacuum cleaner. It has good suction and is very quiet. It has lots of additional tools some of which fit on board and a long cord. It is easy to use. Only downsides so far are that it is so lightweight it doesn't corner well and the hose is quite rigid doesn't always manoeuvre well.
