No more bruised knuckles!!!!
I've had 3 pairs of these Winning ng-2 knuckle guards and they are pricey but definitely worth it if you need to protect your knuckles. I've been boxing for 10 years and have 2 knuckle fractures. One from the heavy bag and one from the top of opponents head. They have never healed right and are sore a lot. I've used lots of methods of knuckle pads(toilet paper, sponge, gauze, sweat bands, title knuckle guards, etc.) and Winning are the best I've used. Take your time wrapping your hands with these though. It all depends on how you place them in your wraps. Youtube has great how to videos on these wraps to ensure proper placement when wrapping. They fit great in my 14oz winning gloves I use for bag and pad work. I don't use these when sparring. I recommend 2 pairs and rotate daily so the other can dry out. They do stink after awhile. I wash them with my hand wraps in a bag and let them air dry. I also think they help preserve the padding in your gloves too since it's almost doubled on the knuckles and absorbs the shock more. Hope this review helps.

No more knuckle pain
Short answer, after doing some research online these pads seemed like a good off the shelf way to add a little extra protection to your hands. There are home remedies that you can try but my doctor recommended I pick up a gel pad after seeing him for knuckle pain. They seem to be really nice quality and I fully intend to repurchase them when these eventually break down or wear out.I always wrap up my hands well and use high quality gloves but recently, for whatever reason, I had been having minor knuckle pain that got worse with a new set of gloves, even after a break in period. These pads resolved that issue immediately and there is no longer even a minor ache after a long bag session. I highly recommend these pads if you are looking for a good way to add some extra protection for your hands. My only qualm with them is that they can sometimes be tricky to get in just the right spot when wrapping up, definitely place them lower on your knuckles as they will slide up and back into place once wrapped and in your glove.

My hands haven't swelled in pain since
I do a lot of heavy bag punching and mitt work at my boxing club. For the past year I've been experiencing swollen, stiff and painful hands. At first I didn't know it was from the boxing bc it had never happened before. I thought maybe I broke something, but then when the other hand did the same, I thought maybe it was some underlaying condition. the owner of the club suggested I buy new gloves (I WAS overdue) and that seemed to help, but sure enough about a week later, my hands were immobile. So painful I took day off from work. So the other trainers at the club suggested I get knuckle guards. I googled them and these popped up on my search along with some youtube video reviews. So I purchased these and used them the first day I got them. My hands were sore the next day, but not immobile. Since then - it's been about a month now?? - I haven't experienced anything and am back to boxing at my regular schedule instead of skipping days to allow my hands to heal. I would suggest you youtube how to wrap with these. That helped tremendously. if you do it wrong, this little extra padding will make it impossible to fit your gloves on (I wear 16oz glove). Great product.

Awesome but busted
Liked these better than Hayabusa, in terms of comfort and protection but one weirdly deflated after a standard heavy bag workout. This is after perhaps 15 workouts on heavy and light bags. I still can’t figure it out… it’s like the outer gel (there are two stacked atop each other) popped and withered in to a little stiff card, about half the size of the gel. Leaving a labor layer of gel offing with a stiff little rectangle sitting atop it. It’s no longer usable. But I like them enough I’m buying another pair. But if this one fails, I’m sticking with Hayabusa.

Simple and effective
I had my doubts about these knuckle guards but they actually work great. I just wrap my normal handwraps over the top of them and they lock in place. Really helps with the pain in my knuckles while hitting the heavy bag.

Needed if you have wrist/knuckle problems
This has been one of the best purchases I've ever made. I bought them to protect my knuckles, and so I could utilize more wrap on my wrists. It is extremely easy wrapping your hands with them and if you wrap well they won't move. They do seem a little flimsy, but you don't want a stiff pad on your knuckles. I'm glad they're flimsy because they mold right to my hand. This is a must have if you experience any knuckle pain, or want more wrist protection.
