Full flow is a positive attribute, but a negative attribute is that additional male connectors can not be purchased separately-only as part of a full set:male, female, valve control.

Pretty good product. Hard to find wide-opening/hi-flow design. I use it as a quick connect for flushing my outboard boat motor and then quick changeover to hose nozzle for cleaning the rest of the boat. Only complaint is that it pops off the connector that is attached to the engine when I turn the hose up to medium pressure.

The brand name on the product was supposed to be Gilmour. What I received was GreenThumb, manufactured for True Value Company. The item receive had the same model as listed and the overall appearance matched the description, although the color was different. I assume that this WAS indeed manufactured by Gilmour. Or at least it bears the same exact industrial design. But I find it odd they'd sell it as one brand but deliver a different brand. I have no idea if this is a lesser generic version or if it's the same quality. It seems to work well and as described. I'm knocking two stars off for the branding issue.

Quality quick connectors that won’t impede flow.

Mine has a small spray that emits from the valve on the female coupler only when in the open position, making this unusable for me. I didn't use it or try it out until my need arose,so I've missed the return window by about10 days. I tried tightening the screw that holds the valve knob on but it was already so tight it wouldn't budge. So in the trash it goes. Without an exchange I'll never know if this is a rare or common problem, so I reckon it's just best to rate my one unit one star and go with a different brand next time.

The material oxidizes and becomes very hard to impossible to operate. Impossible to remove as needed, even with silicone lubrication. These are excellent at first, but, after a couple months, become far harder to use than simply screwing and unscrewing manually from the hose. Can't recommend. We finally gave up and threw them away.

These do not leak, and don't restrict water flow, as do most others I've used. Heavy duty plastic, well made, large inside diameter in connectors. I'm replacing all my others, (Orbit brass, Nelson, etc) with these. Also, one connector with shut off is an added bonus. HOWEVER, you need to turn the shut-off valve off (horizontal) in order for the connector release to slide back... Not a big problem, but if you shut off the hose at the faucet, and then try to disconnect without turning the "knob", you'll wonder why the sliding part doesn't slide. This from experience...

Don't buy!!! This is not a Gilmour item, it is a cheap copy but the worst thing is that it does not even fit real Gilmour parts. Bad for Amazon on doing this kind of tricks and fool you

Very handy set for washing the car. Now it's quick and easy to switch between attachments, and no flow is lost through the valve.

This item is extremely useful for my purposes, but there were two areas that could be improved upon.1] Provide a second male to female attachment2] Construct the green thumb poly full flow in metal, the plastic is just too fragile to last long.

Have been using these for a few days. They are of decent quality and have wide openings to not constrict water flow. I like the on/off valve to control my spray nozzle. I ordered an extra male connector from another vendor at a reasonable price as well.

Works but tends to jam a lot, making pieces hard to separate.
