Wouldn’t buy from this seller again
I do not recommend the seller Bronze Classics. I paid $30 for this book and received a different book (seems like a smaller workbook). My friend recommended the book and kept saying “look at the schedules on page X” and I would think “what schedules? Mine doesn’t have that”. I was pregnant and now have a 3 week old which is why I bought this book. By the time my friend came over and found I received the wrong book (mine has a lady on a swing on the cover, not a baby) the seller refused a refund (although I would have been happy with an exchange for the right book). The workbook I have has some good information, but it’s missing what I really needed.

Helpful Info for infants!
We've used the Ezzo's ideas for all 3 kids and have been very blessed. When you start out and feel clueless about everything, this material can give you a good foundation.

Well worth the investment!
Our child is 7 weeks old and is establishing a routine as well as consistent sleep, feeding and nap patterns thanks to the applied principles of this system. We couldn't be happier.

It gets to the point!
Short and Super easy reading. I got it as a gift and I bought another one for my cousin when she had her first bb. it tells you what to expect and what to think about your infant training. I don't agree with the author 100% but it's soooo helpful to see the other sides. Definitely must read for the 1st moms & dads!

Great for new (or not!) moms!
I read this before having both of my kids and it is full of a lot of helpful info about scheduling feedings and naps. It can be for a family that sticks to a schedule every day or a family that flies by the seat of their pants. I didn't follow all their recommendations but I still loved the book. (i.e. they recommend not using sleeping props (like pacifier, or rocking baby) but I did anyway.) Following their guidelines of a strict 3 hour schedule during the day helped me get my kids to sleep all night by the time they were 2 months old.
