Jeep TJ, LJ OEM Rear Coil Spring Brackets

Had an axel on the jeep I purchased for my son, ring and pinion had when out and previous owner had tried to change ring and pinion gear. This is not an easy task, the ring and oinion they had attempted to install had failed due to not being set up right. Rather than soen a few hundred to try to learn this lesson myself, I purchased another axel for the rear end. The person I bought the axel was a jeep guy and had a few built jeeps sitting around. Got axel for a decent price, was excited that this would be a really simple swap, i failed to notice the axel I purchased was for leaf spring suspension, my sons Jeep is a 99 Wrangler TJ with spring suspension. Seller said he would take the axel back and return my money, but the driving distance (fuel) cost for the return would be about what I actually spent on the axel. He suggested looking at Amazon as he has changed from a leaf set up to coil spring and the parts were available and did not cost an arm and a leg. I was impressed with the quality of steel thickness of these and even though it didn’t look exactly the same as stock, everything fit and lined up the same, parts are beefier and will handle lifted suspension components better.

Haven't welded them on yet but they look superb.

Everything was disassembled but easy to figure out with common sense. Perfect fit and to lay out. Stronger than the factory mounts ever were.
